I'd only come here for the pizza. I tried getting pasta from here once and not only did the service take forever, but it tasted... like a bag of rocks. That being said, the pizza here is awesome, and it's even more awesome that it's open until 2AM. Personally, I'd recommend BBQ Chicken, Buffalo Chicken and Plain slices but it's hard to go wrong with any pizza beingserved from here. Read more

for the safety of every temple student who wants to come here, DO NOT. last week, the dj stopped my friend of color from singing... the ?n? during karaoke night and kicked her off the stage saying ?i don?t care if you?re purple?. this man is an old, white djwith absolutely no respect to people of color and the world we live in. we were NOT given any policy information BEFOREHAND thatthe songs people sing have to be the ?clean version?. a college campus, in 2022, with students of all color and KNOWN FORDIVERSITY, cannot express themselves in a song. my white roommate and i requested a different song, justin bieber ?baby?, madeby a white fourteen year old with no inappropriate language. the dj came up to my friend group and told my white roommate and ithat we could sing the new song we requested, but my friend who was black, could not. this to me just screams discrimination.not only this, but after everyone in the bar saw the situation and my friend crying, they told the dj he was wrong, and to lether sing again. everyone was on HER SIDE. but apparently the owner of maxis was on the djs side and continued to project that?rules are rules? ? something we weren?t given. we decided to leave and not continue to support the bar, and while my friendsargued with the dj, he kept defending ?his rights? i decided to throw my EMPTY drink, including three ice cubes. we vowed tocome back only on non-karaoke nights. thursday comes around, and we go back, but i am ?banned? because my three ice cubes?ruined? the djs karaoke set. a jbl, which i have on recording, is waterproof? the owner, who should have been keeping an eye onthe entire bar thursday night, was too busy buying cigarettes when i wanted to talk to him about the situation. when he was donemaking his purchase, my black friend and i talked to him about the disrespect, inconsideration, and unfairness to the entiresituation. i am completely understandable that throwing a cup is a disgrace and i apologized. but to la Read more
