Don?t recommend coming to this place, the workers are super rude, no respect, and doesn?t care what you said. They ran out of... Frappe and asked me if I want to switch to something else and I said I would like to switch to ice mocha and apparently she haveme ice coffee and I bought 2 of them so basically I lost $6! It?s not a lot of money but this is a huge problem they have tofix, $6 can buy a sandwich in McDonald! Read more
This place reminded me of a line from a movie: "The Horror ! The Horror !" I interrupted the person who kept me waiting by... texting while sipping on her soda. I asked her three times for hot French fries only or I didn't want them and I needed an icepick to separate the pieces. When I asked about the two-for price of an item she pointed to the menu board behind her. She mayhave had an inability to speak because I never heard her do so. I made the mistake of asking to change my order which resultedin me getting the original one. I watched her bag the items that were only half wrapped so she got her fingers all over thefood. It looked like they just remodeled the place which is the only good thing I could say about it. That's why I gave it aone. But only enter if there's shooting going on outside ! Read more
Terrible terrible place. I did order by app. They said they couldn?t find it. I didn?t get any food but they charged. Who can... dove the problem? Who refund my money? They are crazy. Never go there. You need to educate your staffs . Terrible terrible. Read more
Do not use this McDonald's restaurant ever. The drive thru cashiers and manager Michael do not know how to provide good customer... service. I was charged for an item that was not available and they don't know how to do refund. To make matters worse, I askedfor a manager and this manager Michael had the gall to tell me it's too busy to deal this matter right now and wanted me to talkto the cashier. This store collected my money and did not have the item. I want a refund and shouldn't have to come back to getit. I will not order here again. The workers and managers need more training to provide better service. This bad customerservice means they just lost a customer here. Read more
Drive thru was a little hectic because I had to keep telling the staff that they forgot our drinks for our three happy... meals..Even with that said our food was fresh and hot. Disgusting attitudes and terrible service, coming from someone who works customer service and has worked fast food. It?s... primarily the women who are just loud and nasty. The food is never ready on time and somehow still always cold, incorrect andmissing something. Worst location. Renovated the outside. Get a new staff, manager & other employees are awful. Was just thru drive thru the service was terrible. I ordered 4 number 2 breakfast sandwich meals, 2 orange juice for 2 of the... meals, for the other two ordered two mocha frappe drinks. I feel as though I was discriminated against because there was clearlyan operating mocha frappe machine, they just simply didn?t want to make me a drink, for whatever reason.
