Like most fast food places within the city limits, this location is horrible. NOT 24 hours. It is about 2:30 am and they are not... here? The lights are on. Also expect subpar service and disgusting food, every time. Better luck at Popeyes across the street. Read more
Horrible experience, when I came in women who worked there was arguing with customer. Then she told me.to calm down because... after 5 minutes of waiting I asked if my 2.00$ chicken sandwich was ready. Btw there was one other guy in store. I went to this McDonald's location today for a simple drive through order straight from the menu and received so much resistance... when requesting a refund for the missing item in my bag. Seems the staff is not familiar with new menu items as they continuedto huddle in laughter because they don't know the new menu item existed which also includes the manager. I'm glad I checked inmy bag to ensure what I paid for was provided before I left because I feel I would not had been compensated if I had pulledoff and returned to the store again. In short, I placed my order, paid for my order and received a partial order. I asked for arefund since no one, including the Manger seemed to be the least bit sympathetic and was questioned why I wanted a refund forthe item I never received. When I asked the manager for his name, he wouldn't provide it. When I asked for the districtmanager's name, he stated he didn't know that either. I am really unsure why the customer service is so bad at this location orif you are accustomed to taking customer money without providing products but a refresher customer service training is highlyrecommended. Poor Customer Service, Poor Management, Does not give products upon receipt of payment. Read more

Horrible customer service?? I stopped at this City Ave McDonald's drive thru for breakfast. BIG MISTAKE. I ordered 2 breakfast... sandwiches ONLY. NOT meals... $9.59 said the male clerk. I asked how. He said, "They're not Buy One Get One." I replied, "That's not what the sign says." Yeah responded, "YOOOOOOOO" I asked is that how you speak to customers?? No thank you for yourservice. At this point I no longer trust eating anything from this unprofessional establishment. 1 gave them 1 star because itwas the lowest rating allowed. The only nice thing i can say is that the exterior of the building looks nice. And the long linemoved slow. I enjoy dining at this McDonald's in particular because the staff is always nice and the new remodel of the restaurant is... spectacular. I was also pleased they started the limited time Mcrib sandwich. I look forward to The Mcrib every year. I am aMcDonald's fan since I was a child. Read more
The area is disgusting but the workers are nice It's never my first choice. Also the order outside is atrocious.
