I recently went to this McDonalds and they had me waiting in the drive through for 5 minutes or longer. It was 10:55am with 2... cars in front of me & no way to get inside the building. By the time it hit 11:00am. The lady asked me what I would like( iwanted hotcakes) & then she said breakfast was closed, even though the person in front of me who was at the drive thru at10:59am got to get breakfast. I was waiting in the drive thru for so long because the workers did not feel like moving withhast. I wish they just close down this McDonald?s and put a Chick-fil-A here. The people are rude and they?re not alwayshelpful. And the food is nasty. Read more
I asked for the adult happy meals and this is how they gave it to me ? and they were annoyed i said it was an adult happy meal ?... didn?t experience the HAPPY part of this meal. DO BETTER or quit your job !!! Read more
This isn't got to be the worst McDonald's ever. You wait in line forever your order is not right and when you do finally wait... forever your food is cold. Doesn't really make a difference if it's breakfast lunch or dinner I can get breakfast and mysandwich doesn't come with cheese I can order chicken nuggets and their heart is a rock or I can get my adult happy meal andit's still wrong. Save yourself the calories and disappointment. I got a quarter pounder with cheese and fries. The fries were cold, hard and... stale. The burger was dry as a bone and the bun was hard. It?s a shame this franchise has gone down hill?such a simple concept. Read more
YOU HAVE A BUNCH OF 5 YEAR OLDS RUNNING THIS RESTAURANT BY THEMSELVES!!!!!!!!! 2 kids on phone calls with their AirPods in, 2... kids on the drive through with no sense of manners or professionalism, and 2 kids I just watched walk in circles doingabsolutely nothing but arguing over who?s gonna sweep. Whoever owns this location: GET YOUR TEAM TOGETHER. Just waited 40minutes after paying in drive through for two 10 piece chicken nuggets. The food was awful. The quarter pounder with cheese meat was hard around the edges and the taste was no good. The sodas were... flat. The French fries and chicken nuggets were just slightly warm and the chicken nuggets didn't have any taste to them. I willnot go to McDonalds again. The Whooper at Burger King is far far better than the quarter pounder!!!! Read more
I have never had a good experience at this location. Their service is absolutely awful. This last time we waited 20 minutes from... the ordering screen to the window of the drive thru. The person taking our order started screaming at a coworker mid taking ourorder. They messed up our order once again I ordered a double cheese burger hot a mcdouble annoying but I guess I'll just bitethe bullet on the extra money and lack of cheese. I go to open it up to put fries on my burger (yeah I'm one of those people)and there is no pickle no onions and the ketchup is so soaked into the bread there's no way this was put together recently. LikeI purposely order easy things at this location because they mess it up so often. THEY MESSED UP A BASIC CHEESEBURGER. Read more
I wish I could give this place zero stars. People that work here are extremely "rude" to say the least. Food is never fresh... They don't even look at you, just put their hand out for your card. Never get your order right but rather deal with what we gotthan go back and have to deal with the employees again. This McDonald's is a disgrace. Every time I go here I regret it.
