This place is so slow. Is really dirty and messy. Everyone in this place are so rude and have a bad attitude. When you ask for... ketchup, BBQ etc they ignore you or they give you dirty looks. Is imposible to pay for the order or to order the food. Also oneof the cashiers was really rude to one of the customers and to me, she told him that stop show her phone like she couldn?t see (this men was waiting like 10 mins and she keep ignoring him ) definitely should hire other people that actually know how totreat people nicely. Dirty dining room and incompetent, unmotivated employees. I had a question that a menu item was not on the kiosk so I asked an... employee a question and she acted like I was inconveniencing her. When I finally completed my cash purchase, she huffed andthrew wrinkled dollar bills back in my hand. I understand you may not like your job but it's called "customer service." This location seems like the least friendliest compare to the two nearby Mcdonald, but the lady staff that assisted me at drive... thru was alright. Not much smile but polite and without attitude. Read more
if I could give zero stars I would. This location has been below average for years and I try to avoid this location, but last... night after traveling for hours my four-year-old daughter woke up at 11 o'clock hungry so before we got home, we stopped herebecause it's the only one open until midnight in the area.I ordered a happy meal and requested that they give a girl toy ifavailable the young person at the drive-thru informed me "they didn't have girl toys they only had unisex boy toys" thatsentence in itself does not make sense.When I proceeded to the window another young man handed me my daughters happy meal andthen her drink which was halfway full so I asked him politely could he please fill it up he filled it at the soda machine that'snext to him and then proceeded to go to the back of the kitchen with my daughters drink in hand out of sight and brought it backoverflowing with juice all over the cup now this person was well aware that this meal was for a child, I don't know what he didto my daughters drink but I told him I did not want it and that it was unacceptable. No one tells any of you to wake up andapply at McDonald's no one begged any of you to go work in customer service this location definitely needs to do better. Read more
Service is slow and when you ask for ketchup etc they look at you like you killed someone. The nuggets seemed like they were... smushed and dry but the Big Mac and chicken sandwich was good. My mom loved her happy meal Read more
Order some food in this location, one of my item is missing from my order & when I ask for that the server just keep saying... ?everything is inside? and act like she doesn?t fxcking care about it. Also found that the nuggets was like, just someonealready had a bite on it, really disgusting. Will never come back. Read more
If I could post 0 stars I would. Today 11/20/2022 my family and I went to McDonald?s. We sat at the speaker for 30mins. When the... girl finally came over the speaker she got our order wrong 4 TIMES! It wasn?t a hard order. 2 happy meals. Not hard at all. Wefinally pull up the the window and the lady couldn?t find out order. Then a girl at the 2nd window told us to pull up. When Iwent to pull up the lady told me to hold on. But I had already pulled up. The girl asked what we ordered and I told her 2 happymeals. Then a girl came from around back yelling and being rude because I was asking if their power went out or something. Justa simple question. I get it. Stuff happens I worked in the fast food industry for a few years. No need for you to come from yourprep station to yell and be rude at a customer. I will not be going back there!
