First time I visited there were three dead roaches on the floor near the soda machines. And the place smelled of bleach and... ammonia. The second time I visited, I walked in just as the server was grabbing my McNuggets with his bare hands. Then helooked at me, And walked away wiping his hands on the back of his pants. I contacted McDonald's 2x about these visits andwanting a refund. I'm yet to ever hear back from them. It almost feels like McDonald's customer service is a front and theydon't actually do anything nor refund customers. They just wait for you to forget about it and then come back and spend moremoney. Worst McDonald?s I?ve ever been to. Terrible customer service, they frequently lock the door hours before close, forget items... that are paid for, and simply just rude. Employees act as if your inconveniencing them by just trying to order fries. Don?t givethis place your business. Plenty of other good fast food in the area. Read more
chicken was dark brown, and looked freezer burnt. We also ordered 2 milkshakes, vanilla and strawberry and were given a sprite... and orange soda. If you don?t have what we ordered then you?re supposed to contact us instead of giving whatever you feel like. Read more
This is my 1st time at this location. When I was telling them my order, I heard people yelling in the background and I had to... repeat it. I received my order and my apple pie was burned. The staff here is amazing. I walked a mile to get to this location. Then the app messed up and somehow registered that I already... used a meal deal. So I had to wait 10 minutes before using another. As I placed the order, they closed the carry out service,and I had to cancel it. But I decided I wasn't walking the mile back empty handed and placed the order again for drive through.I didn't know the previous order had already charged my card, didn't refund the money yet, and I didn't have enough to cover thewhole second order. Due to the error, they allowed me to make a partial payment and leave with my meal. This is a place where fast food becomes the ?slowest?. Rude staff and some of them don?t wear their masks even if preparing our... food. They are shouting each other and also to us. WORST. MCDONALD'S. EVER. the staff is the laziest I've ever seen..I didn't think people at a fast food restaurant could be so... lazy. They will just ignore you until you go away.
