Nov 29, 2022:. This location has re-opened after being razed and rebuilt from the ground up. Of course they install the two... lane drive thru, but curiously, and I've seen this at other McDs, the dollar menu prices are posted but not followed. No moredollar any size drinks? My large coke was 1.49, and that was before the 60 cent Philly beverage surcharge. They have six pieceMcNuggets posted for $2. The read out of the order says 3.89. I bring it to the attention of the employee, she says "well,3.89 is what shows on my register, do you want it or not?". This is where they should play the "bah dah buppa bah" that theyspend millions for in ad campaigns. The more things change, the more they stay the same! Read more
I always order 2 double cheeseburgers no mustard add mayonnaise. Now I know they are trying you make money, because this is a... franchise location, they charge 40 cents for mayo on each item, which sucks but ok. The staff was friendly and the burgers werehot and juicy, just how I like my meat!???? Read more
The worst McDonald's, its really dirty outside (probably inside too but I've never been in) , the workers don't care at all... about your food or your business. They are just there for a check and the quality of the whole experience shows. I'd drivefurther just to get better McDonalds. But hey, dont take my word for it, stop in and see for yourself. I hate to give a bad review, but this place literally took over an hour to get me two sausage egg and cheese biscuits and an... order of hash browns, and then got the order wrong. I've got to hand it to the manager though, he was holding it togetheradmirably with about half the staff he needed and half a dozen angry customers vying for his attention. Read more
The owner/operator of this store needs some serious upgrades. We tried to order through the drive thru and the person taking the... order could not understand my wife who was ordering. Because of a bad microphone / speaker. Also the rear of the store wherethe speaker for the drive thru is located looked horrible. There was trash and supplies everywhere for customers to see. Unfriendly Staff and possible price gouging Came in to get a steak bagel no egg sandwich. I'm the only person standing at the... counter. 3 people walking back and forth No acknowledgement. No acknowledgement from person working orders, back turned, noteven a hello. The gentleman turned in my direction, " can I help you?" Noticing his name "Reginald -manager"... his name andposition on tag. I placed my order and stated his name. $6.47...hmmm that's more expensive than any other McDonald's around, Isaid. I just want the sandwich with no egg. "I don't know about other McDonald's I just sell them" manager Reginald says. Nothanks I feel I'm being robbed, I said and left the store. Manager throws his hands up. Didn't purchase anything so I don't havea receipt. *************************************** I'm headed to another McDonald's on 24th & Oregon ave lets see what happensand I'll post the receipt from them $4.85. So I was literally the only customer. The muffin is hard, dry and not toasted. The egg is rubbery, an the yolk is so over cooked... it's green. The Canadian bacon is also dried out. The hash brown is cold an hard. It's like they left all the food out for daysand are serving it to who ever shows up next. I got this food at a 24h McDonald's at around 4:45 am. There is no reason the foodshould be this horrible. I will not be going back to thi McDonald's ever again. And you know what I don't think I'll be evergoing to another McDonald's in Philadelphia again. Every time I go the food is just horrible and the customer service is just asbad as the food. Read more
