Would give this place negative stars if possible. STAY FAR AWAY FROM HERE. I ordered on the app and was waiting for over 45 mins... for food. Staff is on phones, eating, and just talking. I definitely suggest another alternative over this place Read more

Only thing Need to Change is when the Casher takes your Order. They Should Communicate with each other consistently. I don't see... that. Because if I tell the Casher I want fresh fries. The Person that's getting the fries don't know that. I think it should bea consistently Communication be between the works. Read more

If it weren't for my grands wanting to go I'd NEVER be in there. My experiences with McDonald's in Philadelphia have always been... LESS than a 1 star. They are slow and unorganized. Give me Chick-fil-A anyway. Workers are polite and helpful, unlike those atMcDonald's. They always make me feel like they're doing me a favor. Read more

i have never been angrier attending an establishment. my problems with this mcdonald?s transcends food service and even... transcends the service industry in general. i waited one hour in the cold during operating hours for an order than totaled $8while i could see 6 workers inside the restaurant doing absolutely nothing. at a certain point i waited not because i wanted myfood, but because i couldn?t believe that a couple burgers would take more than half an hour to make when i know damn well howmcdonald?s food is made. there is no excuse for the service of this mcdonald?s, the only explanation is a fundamental flaw inmanagement that creates a work environment where the least pressing matter is the customers waiting for their food. avoid thismcdonald?s at all costs it is the opposite of fast food, a group of well trained dogs could get me my mcdoubles faster than thisgroup of workers could. i mean all disrespect possible. It was extremely slow. It took me about 20 minutes to get my food and it took one of my friends an hour. The restaurant was not... overly crowded or anything, it was as busy as usual, maybe even less busy. The quality of the food is lower quality compared toother McDonalds and the staff do not really seem to care about there jobs, usually they are just arguing or talking rather loudabout something that may be crude to the general public - but that's beside the point. The restaurant is just significantly lessefficient and of lower quality to other McDonalds. Read more

They've taken steps to provide better customer service. The employees were more attentive at my last visit. However, my burger... could have been cooked a tad bit more albeit the burger was freshly cooked. Read more

The absolute worst. These people really gave me some stale, unfresh, cold fries. As if the were closing soon when they're... clearly 24hours. Sweet tea was the most bitter, unsweetened thing I've ever tasted, sour. The ice cream was basically milk andit was supposed to be an Oreo mcflurry.....but it was only vanilla ice cream????? The sandwich was straight up cold...andsurprisingly the best thing, which really says a lot. What's really going on???? Read more

Customer service is terrible. Most of the workers just have an "I don't care" attitude and it reflects in their work ethic and... 7/10 times they forget something in my order. I know people may say "It's McDonald's! What do you expect?" I expect qualityservice where I'm spending my hard earned money, as everyone should, period. Read more
