Not the best place to get food. Employees are nice but I didn?t like the fact that they are eating while preparing food. I... perched countless of times. Sometimes, they get the order right sometimes they don?t and you can?t really do anything about itif you already left the vicinity. sometimes if you order through the app and ask for curbside, it?s kinda hit or a miss causesometimes they would just ask you to come in the store instead of them coming into your car since they are pretty shortstaffed. They didn't get the order right. A quarter pounder is missing & the 1 I got was under cooked. The fries were too salty. We tried... to call them & the number is disconnected. Never again, especially after using an Uber to do my shopping, which means I'munable to return anything! Read more
I haven't eaten at this mickey D's location since I was a teenager. I had a taste for nuggets and fries so I stopped by to eat... after shopping at a couple of stores there. The service was quick, my food was hot and fresh. The cashier didn't mess up my foodorder. My soda from the fountain was cold. There were plenty of lids and straws for beverages. The seating areas were neat andin order. No food or trash on the floors. The best interior of a Philly MCDONALD'S I've seen in a loooong time! Five star visitthis time at the pier 70 location. Visited for the 1st time around 8 am for a cup of coffee. Mind you I haven't been to a fast-food joint in ages. They had this... kiosk thing going on so I did that. It took about 10 minutes for someone to give me my coffee. I didn't know what the processwas so I kept asking am I going to get my coffee or do I get it myself-I didn't know. I kept asking and No One would respond,just looked at me and kept working. I started looking for cameras because I thought someone was pulling a prank on me. Finally Igot my coffee & I asked dude why didn't he respond whenI asked for my coffee he said he was busy doing other orders. I told himlook fam, I'm new to this thing you could've just told me it's coming right up, or hold on, or something, instead you chose toignore me for 10 minutes; for a cup of coffee. THEN he proceeded to argue with me, lol. I was done. Anyway, that kiosk thing isok but that doesn't give the workers carte blanche to be unprofessional by ignoring customers. Location is great there's a lot of stores around. But like most mc Donald's check your bag before leaving I've drove home 2... times with an order that was not mine. When I drove all the way back. The employees looked at me like I was crazy. And no onewanted to correct the order, after standing around for five minutes I showed the manager my receipt and asked for a refund. Ihad to put on my Gorilla suit and go out of my character. Then they gave me my cash back asap. Read more
Amazing experience!!! We got to the drive-thru at 10:45pm, and there was 2 cars in front of us. By the time we got to the order... speaker it was 10:55pm, and nobody came on. So we drove up to the window, and they said they?re closed. We explained we werewaiting in line for 10 mins. They took our order anyway, and were so nice!!! We had just left the Phillies game and didn?t eatthe entire game because prices were way too expensive for generic food. So McDonald?s taking our order and getting us our foodwas so awesome!!! I can?t say enough good things about them !!! This McDonald?s deserves an award for customer service!!! Toomany people criticize McDonald?s workers, and that?s not fair! They?re hard working people just like everyone else!!! And ifyou don?t think so, I dare you to try working an 8 hour shift in their shoes.
