Hello! Some friendly tips for your restaurant. 1. Your waitstaff needs to write the order down. Two times at this... establishment my waiterwaitress either brought out the wrong item or forgot an item completely. For example, my wife and I wentto dinner. We ordered four items. The waitress forgot two of them. This is unacceptable. 2. Waitstaff needs to visually inspectquality. This way you don't serve a House salad that is mostly slimy lettuce. I was served one last night. Miller's Ale Househit or miss service and food quality needs to be monitored and corrected. Your customers ARE your business! Trust me! Order the meatloaf. It was so salty one bite. I couldn't eat anymore. Waitress was friendly. Let me order something else. It was... okay. I don't know if I'd come back. Great staff. I came last minute with my brother to get dinner and they accommodated us without a problem although it was close... to closing. No complaints at all. From the Bartender (Helene) & to server Anya. Great conversation and went over and beyond tomake sure we were served comfortably. We definitely need more staff like this in Philadelphia, it makes your experience waybetter and for sure a comfortable atmosphere. They for sure got 10s across the board and will be there reason me and others frommy family and company will come here instead of traveling to Cherry Hill. Thanks again. Read more

Very nice place! Sat at a booth and our waitress came and got our drinks orders quickly. Took a little while to receive them,... but nothing worth crying about. Drinks were delicious, and my food was served fresh and HOT, which was much appreciated. Iordered the fish and chips, and the fish was nicely battered but could use a little seasoning or just a bit of salt. Fries werenice and crispy, seasoned nicely as well. Tartar sauce, which I don't prefer for my fish, was pretty good. Check took a while tocome out but I assume it was a bit of a dinner rush. Read more

This was actually our first time together at Miller's Ale at Columbus Blvd. in Philadelphia. This place gives a whole new... meaning to Sport Bar Theme. Can I dare to say... WOW!!! The service was great, clean, our server took her time & in detailedexplained the dishes. So my husband & I started with the Mega Mix Nachos we give it a 10 perfection!!!! I had the chicken &med-well done steak fajitas... give it a 8 Delicious. JR had the Chicken Parm with Alfredo Fettuccine & toasted garlic bread hedevoured it... 10 10 10!!! The chicken was seasoned & breaded to crisp & juicy. Apparently that dish is new in listening. Sohe's raving about it! To end with Sinful warm glazed pull donuts balls with warm chocolate & caramel syrup... have Mercy!!! Ugh?.I wanted to like this place but it is so poorly managed. Service was horrendous on a weeknight. It took about 15 minutes... from sitting down to order drinks. Drinks took forever to come out. We were sitting for an hour and a half about before evengetting our dinner, which was cold. I guess the temperature didn?t matter since the meal took so long that we had to take it togo. The only food we were able to eat in the restaurant were the nachos which were delicious! However, we were surcharged forguac and sour cream even though it came with it on the menu for the large portion. Our server was so slow and nonexistent he didnot explain this charge to us. Reheated, the Mac and cheese tasted similar to box with some soggy chicken nuggets. Hardly cheesyand their mild sauce is spicy. I don?t see myself ever returning due to the service alone. Read more
