If I could give zero stars I would. Ordered a large cheese pizza. The slices were as thin as a dollar bill and was hard. The... crust around the top of the pizza was hard I wouldn?t give it to my dog. I called to complain and was told they will send meanother pizza which was never rec?d. I?ve ordered from this place consistently for years and the food just keeps keeps worse andworse but the prices keep going up. How dare they charge almost $17.00 for that cardboard pizza. I placed an order thru Grubhub tonight and the young lady called and informed me that they ran out of onion rings so I said ok... just exchange them for bbq wings and I?ll pay the difference. The young lady said ok but when I called back to informed them tocook the wings hard she said I was just about to call you back. I said what?s up she said they informed her for me to contactGrubhub to swap out the order of which they could have done it on their end but the manager or owner just being lazy so I toldthe worker don?t worry about it I?ll cancel and place my order with Southside. I had to pay$8 more for what I ordered but I knowI?ll have my entire food and no issues. New star need to make sure their food inventory is fully stock. MIXED GRILL. This is 1 of the top best dishes from New Star, in my opinion. A Mixed Grill consists of grilled lamb chops and... chicken breast over a bed of yellow rice, and a salad. This Platter comes with 1 white sauce. So add an additional white sauce,believe me. If anybody want to taste the best of Newstar, The Mixed Grill is where it is at. It is a healthy sized platter.
