I love Panda Express. They have the Beyond orange chicken, which is to die for! I go there almost once a week to get it. Their... food is always fresh, as I see them change the bowls constantly. The chow mein and power greens are a great choice for someonelooking for something light, and I would recommend the fried rice for a heftier meal. The best part is you can do half and halfof the sides for whatever mood you are in. They are a busy location, but the line never takes long to get through. The peoplewho work there are very friendly and helpful! When they got to the bottom of the chow mein bowl, they asked if we wanted to waita few minutes for the fresh batch, then AS SOON AS it came out, they were making our order. Is it just me? Because everytime I order beef, they give way too much vegetables and very little meat. If it's a one time thing... then I would let it slide but it has been always consistent. I would expect maybe 50/50 meat to vegetables but it is always like20% meat and 80%vegetable. I guess they are very stingy with the meat who knows... Also what's with the service? Came at 10:40 - still not open yet although sign says 10:30. That's ok - no boggie. Manager came and unlocked the door and... walked away... didn't even open the door for the 3 customers. Never acknowledged us as we entered. I finally said goodmorning.. she grumbled ... I told her how I thought it was rude that she just unlocked the door and walked away without atleast opening it for us. She asked me what I was talking about. Needless to say I left and went to Chick-fil-A. The one star isfor the cook who was working hard to get food ready as nothing was done besides egg rolls and noodles. Read more
Panda Express's are notorious for communication problems, young, inefficient workers, and orders piling up as the line moves... along. Workers are still wearing masks a year and half after vaccines available to the public, and naturally this makescommunication difficult. No manager assistance at front of the house, even when the store is very busy. At the orderingcounter, things get awkward if you are ordering anything other than a single "plate", which incidentally consists ofprototypical unsturdy, cheap white styrofoam container that doesn't close all the way. Then cashier has to look inside beforeringing you up, despite the first person writing on it. They intentionally don't ask if you need soy/chili sauce. And Ishouldn't have to repeat myself several times when I'm speaking clearly or leave with my order not packaged well. Plus, sauceon my entree was cloyingly sweet. Read more
I bought some food from here via UberEats. I had a plate with orange chicken, white rice, noodles, and beef/broccoli. I... throughly enjoyed my meal and definitely will be ordering from here again at this Panda Express location in the near future. Read more
The food looks amazing, but the rice was so bland and it taste like minute rice, or instant? I won't be going to this spot... anytime soon. I don't like TV dinners and this left me feeling like I over paid for one!?! I gave 4 stars because the place wasvery clean, and even though the workers seemed exhausted and angry. They have you wait for new food to be made then give it all away to new people that come in never make ur food and want younto... wait again . So now I let them make my food and I left so now they can throw it away... so for now on when this happens I'mgonna have them make it and I'm going to leave.. 30 dollars in food wasted.. 4 dollar sale gone..
