Placed a mobile order for delivery of a ?you pick two? and a bakery item and a side. When I received the order there was no item... from the bakery and my side was not included. I ordered the broccoli cheddar soup and half a chipotle chicken avocado sandwichand received the broccoli cheddar soup however the sandwich I got was a cold cut turkey sandwich. I then tried calling thelocation to see if I was able to just come pick up the rest of my order and no one answered the phone after I requested help.Terrible service all around. Worst Panera I have ever been. Placed an order from the app, rapid pickup. It was only a drink. The app said the it was ready,... but when I got there, they asked me to wait a few minutes for them to prepare. I said? it is just a drink ? and the lady justwon?t listen to me and asked me to be patient and wait. Finally, I got the drink, and they didn?t have any straws outside. Iasked the kitchen, they said they were out of straws. So deal with it! Read more
The menu is pretty much the same as any other Panera. There?s lots of indoor seating should you choose to stay, though many... seats are taken by homeless or non paying customers who just want to charge their phone or enjoy air conditioning without buyinganything. The location is understaffed and simple orders like a baked good and an iced coffee take too long. Most otherpaneras have the cups at the register or kiosk and you just help yourself after you pay. Here the cups are behind the registerand you have to track down an employee ( If you can find one ) to get your cup for you. Perhaps this deters theft but it?sinconvenient. Read more
So disappointing. I have been a customer for years. The food has been great. I don?t know if it?s just this location but I have... eaten here a couple of times over the last month or so, and the quality has really gone down. I ordered a salad and it tastedlike it was previously frozen. The half of sandwich (Mediterranean Veggie) was the smallest I?ve ever seen. It?s smaller that aregular half of sandwich. I hope this is just this location and maybe they just need new management. In any case, I will not beback to the Center City location. Read more
It's a bussling place with casual music playing in the background. Its good for studying and relaxing. The food overall... prioritizes health: no junk food. Theres sandwiches, breadbowls, and tons of varieties of juice. Its very proficient in itsservices despite the fact there's only two stores in the city. Read more
Easily the dirtiest Panera I?ve ever been to. It?s the closest one to our place but it?s also in a very busy area of the city.... Homeless come in to steal drinks and ?use? the bathrooms. They will beg from you at your table. Not sure how the management canmake it better. Read more
Good location, employees always very polite( especially the blonde in the morning ) and if order ahead food usually... ready. Though it's certainly not the best coffee can't beat the unlimited sip club offer . Bad things are can be a wait if don'torder ahead,if go later in day certainly may not be all that clean.
