I placed my order, then 5 mins later the online system said it was already picked up. I called for further clarification 4 times... and each time I was unable to reach anyone. The line was just dead air with no response. I went about 15 mins later and luckilymy order was there. I wasn?t greeted and I said ?thank you? but received no response. Ordered 14" build your own pizza - delivery. Inedible. Toppings ordered not on the pizza except for tomatoes that were crushed... and aged. Crust soggy and undercooked. Contacted store MGR. Very rude, defensive and hung up on me. Philadelphia Broad Streetlocation. Never again. Read more
Was adequate at best. I didn't care for the new trio meat papa bowl. Didn't taste Italian enough for me. Wasn't enough Italian... spices. Also, tasted " hot " they added something hot to it that I didn't care for. *The bowl wasn't like eating a good pizzaminus the crust; which is what I hoped for. Decent enough in size though. Their baked wings with dipping sauce was okay. Notspecial but sufficient. I seriously doubt if I'll order from papa again. Read more

I am an assistant G.M at the feasterville store and need a transfer because of distance and if this store is the only one that i... can transfer to then i will be very upset because i see all the complaints and no one does. Anything about it as their customerservice base is garbage . they just don't care and continue to do unsatisfactory work smh as where i am at our customer servicemeans a lot to us because its what makes us us ..
