Made an order for delivery, waited two hours and nothing. I call and ask what happened and the guy very clearly annoyed goes... ?Two hours is the regular wait time,? when they told us 45 minutes. Another hour goes by and I call again, it?s a new guy he?svery nice. He informs us that our order was cancelled hours ago. We never received a call or any updates. Im very disappointedas it wasn?t a big order, Pizza and Wings. I find it horrible how I had to wait three hours to know my pizza was cancelled. This place gets 0000000 stars. Called to place an order for pickup. 1. Person taking the order is short with me and is rushing.... From the 1st item I ordered, she said every time " is that it" even after I said i have a few things to order. 2 . I ask her torepeat the order back to me, she missed a shrimp platter and I asked for chicken cheese steak wraps and she states they don'tmake that. I state " so you make chicken cheese steaks and you make cheese steak wraps but not chicken cheese steak wraps. Shesays " no. We don't sell that." I say ok, you can give me the cheese steak wraps. Then I ask..." and do you have the shrimpplatter on the list she says yes. 3. Son goes to pickup the order...they can't find the order. They had put it out for delivery.Luckily it was just getting put in the car. Son looks at the receipt, and notices they missed the shrimp platter. Son orders theshrimp platter and waits for it. 4. Son brings food home... The is so much grease oozing out of the bag (from a cheesesteak in atin we ordered without bread due to wheat allergy) that there is now a big Ole grease stain in my sons car. 5. They stillmanaged to miss an order of fries with the order. Which they did charge me for. 6. The wraps were dry, hard on the edges and sopoorly wrapped that as soon as I took the foil/paper wrapper off it opened up and fell apart. I couldn't even eat it as a wrap.I basically dumped it on a plate and are it like a salad. Oh and there was no cheese on my cheese steak wrap. This is not thefirst time we have had a bad experience with them.The only reason we ordered from here is because our favorite place is closedthis week for vacation. Lesson learned. Never again!! P.S. other problem is related to a wheat allergy. We called a couplemonths back and asked if the fries were coated in flour. Overall the service and pizza used to be good, I recently saw the reviews and wondered why they went down. The pizza and wings... didn't look nor taste as good as they usually did and the pizza looked like it was quickly thrown together. When on the phonewith the lady taking my order she had asked for my address and I told her, she didn't hear me the first few times and i gadasked if she needed me to spell it due to it's natural weird spelling, she immediately gave me an attitude and said "No I canspell it myself just fine", which in itself is okay but her attitude had swerved the conversation. It made me too nervous to askfor anything else and I ended it as soon as possible. Overall 6/10 for my experience today. I do however recommend as the pizzahas good days. Read more
Papa nicks used to be the best spot in the neighborhood but the last few times I got pizza it was pretty mediocre . I won?t lie.... Buy the sandwiches are still top notch. Hopefully they can turn the pizza around cause I live around the corner and have beengoing here for years. Like I said, sandwiches are great though. Read more
As you?ll see in most of the reviews,this is not the place to order from if your looking for good service. If you order,be... prepared for at least an hour wait,if your lucky. Definitely pick it up because if you get it delivered,it will never ever everbe hot, try it and see lol. I ordered a pizza today at 7:20pm and got it delivered being lazy, pizza came at 9:10pm and I had tocall. No discount ,not even an apology smh,just a cold pizza !
