I have to say today it was actually a 5 star day. There was no wait at the drive thru which is unusual and the employee was not... rude for once. She actually asked me if I want to hear the specials. The staff is very rude and the manger asked me if I?m Muslim or not to defer me from eating food that is not Halal because he... assumed I am muslim based on my looks. He should not have asked me this question. My religion is non of his business. After Itold him I am not Muslim he gave me hard time and gave me hard time even to get some sauce with a family meal! He missed up myorder on purpose and disrespected me. I guess he treats muslims much better?! How come they let extremist run thisbranch? Another issue is they never work after 9pm even though the sign shows 10 pm they would stop taking orders at 8 pm somedays. One day I ordered a 14 piece meal they gave me 10 wings and 4 breast! This branch is full of racist extremist rude vulgaremployees. Better spend your money somewhere else. I will never go back to this store they are not professional and most ofstaff treat you with nasty attitude and they don?t know any thing about hospitality or how to treat customers nice . This place is managed by an Indian dude and all he cares about is money , He's not running the current specials on price that... other Popeye stores have and he's cooking the chicken in old dirty grease!! On top of that he had the nerve to give me burntovercooked nasty tastiing food. This location is sickening and disgusting. Don't go to this one you will be very disappointed! All Popeyes Chicken should have the exact same flavor and texture. These type of people when they become managers do the samething with Dunkin Doughnuts, always old hard and stale. They're cheap and always looking for ways to cut cost at the customersexpense. And their not friendly either always rushing you and never smile. I asked for fresh strawberry cheesecake pies and the worker groan and the manager said they were just made 5 minutes ago instead... giving a me a fresh pie. Then I said I'll wait which they said would be 15-20. After that I receive my pies and they are apple.I go back to get the now 25 minute not fresh at all strawberry cheesecake pie. Didn't give me an extra pie or nothing. Noworries that's why I barely eat fast food. The workers here are lazy! Voice of the customer is how you lose money! Read more
Went to the Popeyes on Grant Avenue in the shopping plaza on 6/29/22 and the customer service was completely horrible. No one... greeted me and I was given instant attitude as soon as I started placing my order through the drive thru. To make matter worst Ireceive spoiled food. My coleslaw was so spoiled that it look like cheese and as soon as I opened the lid the smell was justawful ????. I would not recommend this location. Popeyes has good chicken. However, this Popeyes has a very long wait time, whether inside or drive through. And, there was no... seating inside. All of the seats were on the table. It was approximately 7pm, not closing time. Staff was slow and not helpful. Read more
This Grant Ave location is very horrible. After making me wait for over 30 minutes, they still gave me what I didn't order and I... clearly made it clear to them to not make that mistake like they have done in the past. They even charged me higher than it'scost. At the drive thru, I ordered spicy chicken and they told me it was a 20 minutes wait time to park in the lot and someonewould bring it to my car. Also, if I just wanted mild chicken, but I said I would wait for my spicy chicken. After 38 minutes, no one was responding to me with my paid order, so I went back inside and asked them to either give me back my $100+ money orgive me my order. But they quickly packed mild tasteless chicken and I never realized it until i got home and my family openedit up and took a bite. Now, it was just sitting on the side because no one wanted it. Such a waste. This is not the first time.That's why I love going to the Popeyes on Cottman Avenue because they are really good. Read more
