Food is good. But service is terrible! Lines are always long, and the staff takes their sweet time. The fact that people get... tired of waiting and leave doesn't faze them at all. It's obvious that they receive very little training on how to deal withcustomers. Maybe they should send them to chick-fila for training! Read more

Best Popeyes I?ve been to in Philly hands down! First of all - the customer service - A1. Top tier. My food was hot & so good.... All black women serviced me this day too, love that for us! 10/10 highly recommended. Read more

Manager on duty needs a raise. She knows how to handle people and is very observant! Best experience I?ve ever had at any... Popeyes. So proud of the staff as well. Great representation of who you are. Keep up the great customer service guys! Read more

Popeyes chicken is very good, in theory. But this location is staffed with people who reject any semblance of manners or... intelligence. Orders are wrong EVERY. TIME. Staff never cares and gets upset when you go inside to correct their error. I saywith 100% confidence that the management and staff here shouldn't be trusted to watch paint dry, let alone prepare your food. Read more

After all these years of being addicted to Popeye?s chicken, it?s nice to find a store that is so consistent. I?ll eat here a... few times a week (yeah, I know - ?Get s job!?), and the overall taste of the food, as well as great service, is a breath offresh air. Read more

The absolute rudest people I?ve ever crossed paths with at any level of the food service industry. We?ll start with the fact... that the diction and etiquette of the woman on the speaker in the drive through/at the window was abysmal?in case I?m usingwords that are too big?that means you were mumbling and the little bit I could hear was barely recognizable speech. Next, we?llmove onto the verbal altercation between the woman I referred to above and one of her co workers when I got to the window. Ifyou want to behave like an unprofessional, hormonal teenager, do it on your own time, after work. Grow up. Next, I?ll wrap itup with the fact that after all the back and forth, not only was my order not correct, but it was laughably wrong. Children, you don?t work at NASA?.it?s fried chicken and a few sides. Grow up, work hard, and save your miserable disposition for afterwork. Know yourself and seek self improvement. Read more

Staff is almost full of teenagers after school hours. Loud, arguing, standing around not acknowledging customers. Really... unacceptable. I tried to order a chicken sandwich and was told that they were currently out. I asked if they were making moreand I was told that they would be done in 5-10 minutes. I said cool, I'll just wait. Tell me why I waited 15-20mins, observeda manager let teenagers talk any way and do whatever they wanted... Then finally I get my sandwich and..... it was still RAW inthe middle????????. Dam shame! My husband drove 5 miles to pick up Popeyes. When he got home they had forgotten my chicken sandwich. He called and was told he... could "come get it". So he did and when he got there spoke to two different managers who both refused to give him a refund.Instead, he brought me one of the worst chicken sandwiches ever. Were they getting back at us for complaining? It was a lousypiece of meat, cut poorly and cooked worse. No sauce just a bun - and cold! Popeyes is my husband's absolute favorite. And itholds a place in my heart for being from my second home NOLA but who wants to drive 20 miles round trip just to be takenadvantage of? Read more
