I see I am not thee only one with a customer service complaint. I walked in to order. I asked for a fresh 8 PC . I was a... distance from my home. I didn't think it would become a problem. I was willing to wait the 20 mins. and after all I am a payingcustomer. The Staff including the " 2 managers" and I used the term loosely began an entire conversation with the staff about myrequest. Which was demeaning and poor leadership. All because I asked for fresh chicken. I brought it to their attention. Iasked them did they think it was ok to talk about the customer in front of the customer? A paying customer at that. All becauseI want to pay for fresh chicken. At that point the rest of the staff except 1 young man. Chimed in to further the disrespect. Noone wore name tags except the cashier. I asked the cashier for the managers name they both ran to the back. She looked aroundand refuse to give any names. The cashiers name is Lesli. After a few minutes the assistance manager comes from the back. I lookat her badge to get her name in that moment another work stands in front of her so I couldn't see it. She then starts to ballup her first and Crack her knuckles.. lol. I guess she was about to fight the glass or the chicken. All of this behaviorbecause I asked for fresh chicken. They continued to mock and talk about me. I see from the reviews this is normal behavior forthis location. I IMMEDIATELY CALLED CORPORATE. The attitudes were in unison " I am not worried about it" they all said it. Themanager of the store did ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!!!!! I think he is scared of them. They did not understand nothing should of beensaid at all. The staff kept repeating we arent talking about you. We are talking amongst ourselves. Smh but about the customer Ireplied. Great customer service, very kind & friendly. Food was prepared quickly even with a rush with the restaurant being packed with... other customers. Seems as though all of the staff were very high-spirited & full of energy to get to every customer that theycould & prepare their orders efficiently. Seems to be doing way better than before. Service was amazing!!! A while back or so the management wasn?t up to par? I?m not sure if they got some new managers or not but... ever since this place has been great. There?s always a line but that just tells you how good the food is. My order is neverwrong and always hot. This is close to my house and I really enjoy this location and it?s friendly environment! Wow! What an amazing guy Abdullah is! This new management is really cool. I loved Their attitude and the customer service. I've... been this Popeyes a lot. Sometimes i felt they really don't care of us. This is the first time I'm feeling so precious. MrAbdullah is handling everything with such a nice behaviour and bright smile.
