I had a sudden death in the family, when various other delis in this area said NO to a hoagie tray Told me I need to order in... advance, really !! do you plan a death in advance?? As for customer experience the Welsh Rd location doesn't understand the meaning of the word. The woman behind the counter was... rude and irritated with me placing my order. When I wasn't sure of the different sizes, she just pointed to the sign. I orderedwhat I thought was the size I wanted she said $28, that's when I said oh I'm sorry can I please have the smaller size. Youwould've thought I hit her with my car by the way she reacted.
