Primos has got to be the best Chain Hoagie Shop I've ever been too. Good stuff just not too often. I'm trying to eat healthier... lately. Read more

I?ve always loved this store because the food never disappoints. After ordering online yesterday, we realized we were sent an... incorrect item. I called the store and spoke with the manager Linda. She was very apologetic and extremely helpful in makingthings right. We?ll absolutely be back and will be very happy to do so because of Linda. Read more

Not a fan of Primos Northeast Philadelphia off of Welsh Road. I'm originally from South Philadelphia and have a place in... Wildwood Crest and both are much better. Read more

As for customer experience the Welsh Rd location doesn't understand the meaning of the word. The woman behind the counter was... rude and irritated with me placing my order. When I wasn't sure of the different sizes, she just pointed to the sign. I orderedwhat I thought was the size I wanted she said $28, that's when I said oh I'm sorry can I please have the smaller size. Youwould've thought I hit her with my car by the way she reacted. Needless to say I don't care how good the sandwich is, I will notbe going there ever again!! Read more

I go to the Welsh road location at least once a week and everything is great. Great food and awesome employees. Not so much... today for the employees. I paid for my order and was waiting for it to be completed. Happened to notice the sign on theregister that states your order is free if you don't get a receipt. Mentioned this to the girl working and she tells the boythat checked me out and says that I now want a free hoagie. He gives me a receipt and says they're short handed, this is theirbusiest day and he doesn't have time for this. I told them both that I would talk to the owner as he knew who I was. On the wayout, the girl says "have a nice life ". I went back in and took their pictures. I'll still order from here but won't order overthe phone anymore. The below link didn't work. Read more

Regarding location at 2417 Welsh Rd in Philadelphia. In all honesty, the sandwiches are delicious. However, be careful if you... have food allergies. I mentioned that I have an allergy to tomatoes and they put tomatoes on my sandwich. I bought two oatmealraisin cookies and when I went to eat them they were chocolate chip cookies. The rice pudding is good though the last severaltimes I bought it it was more like rice pudding soup, not the consistency of rice pudding at all. As this location is close tomy parents' home I thought I'd reach out to the manager, whose name was Jim. I told him that I loved the sandwiches though I wasconsidered about allergy issues. His response, "Yeah, the cookies were mislabeled." I told him luckily I don't have an allergyto chocolate though if I did it would be a problem and that I was letting this location know so they could correct it for othercustomers. He quickly told me that they make the cookies there and bag them themselves. Quality control is obviously not aconcern at this location. Sad, because I'll find somewhere else to go where someone cares about their customers issues andconcerns. This place, not so much! He quickly said, oh well, I've got to go and as I started to speak he hung up on me. Notnice! Read more

The bad reviews are fake news. Primo's has the best hoagies on the planet. At age 14, I worked at a high-end hoagie shop.... Primo's uses the finest quality deli meats, cheeses, and other ingredients. The staff at this location has to deal withmiserly, rude, loud customers. If you are nasty to them, they will give it back to you. I am polite to them so they are alwayscourteous to me. As for the rolls being stale, everyone's rolls are hard several hours after they were baked. What else wouldyou expect? Regarding Primo's "high" prices, you get what you pay for. Then again, hoagies from Wawa and Subway cost nearly thesame as Primo's yet are not even worth one tenth the price. Read more
