As a resident from the area for many years i thought i?d try this pizza shop even tho the bad reviews why not give it try but as... the reviews said exactly what it is i ordered a chicken ceaser salad meat was raw and bloody, so much lettuce with a smallcontainer of dressing,pizza cold cheese barely melted.The delivery guy took more than an hr to for my food to deliver mind you ionly live 5 mins away .Spoke to the lady on the phone to give a complaint and she was not helpful at all she was rude and to topit off with a notch she hung up and i wasn?t finish talking.They are just disgusting unprofessional all around.Not recommended! Horrible and I?m tired of ordering from them! They NEVER get your order right! The food is always like warm NEVER hot even if... you live around the corner. Only way it?s hot is if you pick it up. Customer service skills are a mess. Ordered food fordelivery, waited over an hour only for me to call back and then tell me they put it in as pick up and was still gonna send methe same food that been sitting. What! Never again. If I could give this place zero stars, I would. We ordered a pizza for dinner and when it arrived the cheese had slid off the... pizza. We called and were told another pizza would be sent out right away, but we had to give the original pizza back. Umm, ok Iguess. 2nd pizza arrives and driver said we can actually keep the original. Inspected the pizza before the driver leaves andyup, cheese is all over the place again. Driver blamed it on the driveway!! We called and were told we had to send pictures sowe did. We were told the driver would be bringing back our money because they didnt understand what was happening. This is now 2hours from the original order, so we ate the pizza the best way we could. The driver arrives with our money and then ASKED FORTHE PIZZA BACK!!!! Said he could not give us the money unless we gave him the pizza. We gave him 1.5 pizzas back since we onlyate half and he went on his way. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THERE AGAIN. Read more
