We only stopped in for lunch and some appetizers but I can say everything was good and cooked nicely. We got there around 12 but... they were nice enough to open up the bar for us and make some fresh cold drinks. I give everything a B rating overall . Red lobster is a staple in our house but this location can be a hit or miss. We had dinner to go. We ordered our usuals; the... Maine lobster tail, shrimp scampi, Walts fried shrimp, and the lobster and langostino pizza which were all prepared well. Thesides were as follows: fries were hard and old, baked potato was small, the broccoli was ok. We also ordered a few new items onthe menu. The crispy Brussels sprouts were tasty however the bacon mac and cheese seemed old as it was hard and completelydried out! The Meyer lemon cake was an extremely small slice and tasteless; definitely Not worth the money! We asked for extraraspberry drizzle and the server was not knowledgeable of the menu. In fact after the server “asked in the back” we wereinformed that they did not have ANY raspberry drizzle. Overall it was average. I added a star for the fresh Cheddar Baybiscuits! Read more

Dirty and unorganized. Waiter was forgetful. My husband asked for BBQ sauce and the waiter said they don't have any. So my... husband asked for his food to be taken back, he didn't want it. Five minutes later the waiter came out with his food again andsaid the manager got it from the back... Then I had a reaction to something I ate, left crying and they did nothing. I had the worst experience I ever had in my life as far as a restaurant. I’ve been in the restaurant business for 20 years and... ramp certified my family and I spent over 700$ in food …and mourning still coming from my fathers funeral. The managerDANASHIA was beyond rude and service was horrible I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE … AND WAITER MIKE WAS Rude and itwasn’t even busy… I’m so upset I don’t know what else to do about this .. @redlobster a guy name Franklin came andhelped me after all thank god thank Franklin!
