Rude service and lesser quality in the water ice (more water / less ice).

I just left the Rita's on Mascher St. In Philly. I just had the worst experience ever!! The woman was rude, her attitude was... awful, she demanded I pay her 1st before she MADE the water ice!!! UNBELIEVABLE!!! It's 90 plus degrees out and it's people likeher who don't want to work spreading their bad vibes an ignorance all around! I usually tip well!! If I could give a minus STARI would!!!! British water ice melts too fast that means it's mostly water not fruit ingredients or whatever ingredients there is. The... cheapest ingredient of course is the water and that's what you get most is the water. The best water ice is famous Italian icesat the corner of emerald Street and Lehigh avenue. The ice cream was pretty good don't get me wrong. I got the secret breakfast and it totally was delicious!--get it To honest... though, I think there's too much hype about this place and the guy who was serving us was clearly grumpy. Come on!?
