A little disappointed. I thought it was going to be “romantic” and it wasn’t it was very loud. People raved about the food... in reviews but it wasn’t outstanding it was just good. Disappointed in the environment and the over all hype about the place.Will not be coming again. We wish we picked a better place for our anniversary dinner. Read more
The atmosphere of this place is very lovely. Perfect for any kind of date, anniversary, dinner. I ordered the escargot which is... in a cream sauce, and you eat with bread. Cheese plate, and the main course of fois gras on grilled bread with candied kumquats.Very rich, could barely finish, but absolutely decadent. Read more
Can't go wrong here even if you tried. The food is stellar - every dish is creatively designed and delivers with the freshest of... ingredients. This place has such a lovely vibe, super professional and friendly staff and great food. Be prepared for slightly higher price... points, but it's worth it. Incredible raw bar. This makes me want to lower the reviews I've given to every other place on this trip. Honestly might be the best burger I've... ever had. The bone marrow butter blew my mind and the amount of flavor they crammed into one burger was unreal. The peanutbutter cheesecake was also to die for. I'm a bit of a stickler when it comes to cheesecake and this too rivals some of thebetter slices I've had. The decor is also very high-end while still inviting a casual crowd. Low, dimmed lights, good music,and attentive wait staff made this a perfect meal for anyone. Read more
My wife beat me to the restaurant and grabbed a seat at the bar. One of the first things she said to me was this bartender... wasn’t very friendly/cordial and didn’t even offer us water with our drinks. We talked to the host and got sat for ourreservation time. Our server was great but we were underwhelmed with the food. The shrimp taste like shrimp and the presentationwas average. We also got the steak tartare and it felt like it was missing something. It was very bland. They only give you 4tiny pieces of bread with it. That reminds me you don’t get bread during or before the meal, which to me is odd for a Frenchplace My wife got the chicken I got the duck. Her chicken was beyond dry/overcooked, it had bad wedding venue food vibes. Whatsaved the dish was the sauce and potatoes which my wife really enjoyed. My duck was also over cooked and again the sauce on myplate saved it. Overall just not impressed, would not return. We skipped dessert there and went to a very popular ice creamspot on market, likely a wise choice. Read more
