One star because I can\'t leave no stars. Staff that didn\'t appear happy to be there. We weren\'t greeted or thanked. I asked... for a sample but due to \"covid\" they said they stopped. I mean, I can understand that logic if I give the used spoon back forthem to reuse, but them giving me a sample on a spoon is no different from them scooping my ice cream into a cone or cup thenhanding it to me. Also the ice cream was gross, but because we couldn\'t sample it before we purchased it, we didn\'t know justhow awful it tasted. It had a horrible aftertaste. The Mint Maddness ice cream was PACKED with bits of mint and chocolate! Also had something like oreo crumbs in it. Completely... delicious. Also I asked for two different kinds, and the employee put several layers so it was mixed up, instead of just puttinga scoop of this and a scoop of that. I appreciated that. Read more

The partially baked ice creams with brownies and cookies were amazingly delicious, the souvenir mugs they came in however? They... are cracked really bad and one is unusable. I was super excited for me and my husband to have these as a reminder of our oneyear anniversary but sadly that?s not happening because of their condition.\n\nUPDATE. They?ve reached out and have beenoutstanding to communicate with. I really do recommend this place because the ice cream was amazing. Specifically the CookieMonster one, I?m not normally the biggest fan of sweets but this really was an exception. And I mean seriously, look at thosecombinations, they tasted as delicious as they look. Very confused on the bad reviews for custom services and taste because bothof those were great. The store looked pretty unappealing and overstuffed. In a food court you should do better, other stores around prove it\'s... possible with small space as well.\n\nService was unorganized and slow: after we paid it looked like all 3 staff members werejust hanging around doing random stuff but not getting us the ice cream we ordered for take out. Horrid. The floor behind the counter was absolutely disgusting, the ice cream was terrible (which I don?t even understand), and... there were more empty slots for ice cream bins than there were flavors? very small selection.\n\nIn reply to your reply:unfortunately yes, it all is true. I?ll be happy to change my review if I feel things have changed (and I understand no one isperfect) but the unsanitary conditions behind the counter alone warrant the single star. My boyfriend and I were in town for the night and stumbled across this little ice cream place. He got a dirty oreo and I just... got a caramel pretzel scoop. A little overpriced and slow, but we both really enjoyed our ice cream. I also appreciated the factthat they are trying to be a little different by offering boozy shakes. We were in town for a weekend and came across this place. The display case and menu had us drooling - we had to stop and try! We... got a piece of cheesecake, the ?dark side of the moon?, a scoop of Cookie Monster ice cream, and some dirty oreo concoction (itwas massive).\n\nUnfortunately, we were disappointed. The cheesecake was pretty decent, and that was the best thing on thetable. The ?dark side of the moon? was okay but way too dry for the amount of chocolate. The dirty oreo concoction was(unexpectedly) HUGE and included a brownie, Oreos, 6 scoops of Cookie Monster ice cream, and whipped cream. as a lover ofdesserts, we were thrilled ? until we took a bite. The brownie was okay, in the sense that it was horrible but we definitelydidn?t finish it. The whipped cream was thin. The Cookie Monster ice cream was the biggest disappointment of all. There werebarely any pieces of cookie dough in the blue-tinted vanilla ice cream. The base vanilla ice cream itself was not good either.It tasted similar to a sugar free Breyers. We were disappointed ?? we got a Oreo s?mores type ice cream. I guess we thought it?s be layered didn?t realize it would all be... mixed together (our mistake) it was ok wish it had form to it we got it and it was already starting to melt down.
