1. Absolutely delicious. Got the shack stack and Hot One?s burger (very spicy with the Hot One?s sauce but could be spicier). 2.... Four stars because the pick- up service is confusing. Food is fine. Management is not. I placed an order for a single hamburger and fries. I waited 15 minutes (after reading a sign... that says please wait 5-10 minutes for your order after placing) and received a text notification that my order was ready. Iapproached a lady working in the front and showed her the text and I asked about my order. Without hesitation, she told me towait for my name to be called. So I waited another 10 minutes and now it's 25 minutes of waiting. I showed the text and askedanother employee working in the front and they replied the exact same. It took a third time asking and VERBALLY EXPRESSING myconcern for them to actually check and locate my order. When a customer asks for an order (especially after waiting past therecommended waiting time), an employee should ACTUALLY CHECK for the order instead of replying with an automatic response. Thisshows no care and complete ignorance to the customer. There should always be effort shown to the customer if they ask forhelp/support. CONCLUSION, 45 minutes for a single hamburger and fries AND no support from employees. 1 star. Read more

A reliable place to get a good quality burger and fries. Cheese on the side of the fries, mmmm. The bacon on the burger is also... good quality. They also have nice drink options, like draft birch beer. It's worth paying a bit more for it. Read more

A shake shack burger is just that? a burger. I do think they?re a little overpriced, and that there are better burgers in the... city. Having said that? this location in University City is a pretty nice location and have spatious dining area on the 2ndfloor. Read more

Food and shake was delicious! We dined in upstairs and it had dirty tables, trash was full, and there were nothing was... restocked (condiments). I would recommend getting it to go ? Employees were nice! Food is great! Dine in area is a no go. Read more
