This place is amazing, I ate here almost ten years and had the most amazing biscuits and gravy... i tried coming back for... breakfast two weeks ago and found they are open 5pm on weekdays but on weekends you can have brunch starting at 11-3 thendinner. Now this time around there's no biscuits and gravy but the chicken and waffels-silk pancakes and- avocado toast knockedit out of the park!!! Read more

What an awesome concept. The food far exceeded my expectations. Definitely not the "diner" food I was expecting at almost 1am. ... The entire staff was definitely hustling and looked to actually be enjoying their jobs. I was shocked when I asked about the 20%service fee noted on the bottom of the menu. As a bartender myself I'm normally salty about gratuity , but after the explanationfrom staff about employees not being tipped or taken care of after covid, I'd like to high five owners/management for makingsure your staff is properly taken care of. Still tipped an extra 20% because they deserved it! Read more

Stopped by for a Sunday brunch inside the diner. With the recent heat in Philly, I decided to not reserve a spot on the patio,... but it is an option when making a reservation. Overall, this was a fun brunch spot with a few items that I didn't love. First, service was fairly slow. I would imagine they were short staffed, but it did take a good bit of time from being seated to beingable to order. Next, drinks were tasty, but I would argue overpriced for the amount of drink received and how strong theywere. Finally, in terms of food, the pancakes were excellent. However, I was not a fan of the almost chicken stock flavoredgravy on the chicken and waffles. The flavor was odd, and the gravy made the waffles soft far quicker than normal. I would comeback to give brunch another try, but it's a tough sell when there are other top tier brunch spots. Read more
