Recently stopped in while seeing some friends. It was karaoke night. While that's not my thing, it was a super fun time. ... Philly has some real talent hiding out there. The food was decent for a late night menu. Drinks were always quick, Service wasalways pleasant. Bathrooms were pretty clean. I'm sure we'll be back in years to come. Read more

We just had a wonderful dinner here! Food was excellent with many gluten free options. I haven’t had a gluten free cheesesteak... and mozzarella sticks in so many years! The dessert was also fantastic! Service was great. Staff were very friendly. Highlyrecommend this great place to anyone. Would definitely come back here again. Read more

2 stars for the friendly service. 1 star for the fun bar ambiance. I've been here once or twice and was satisfied so i decided... to order brunch today. Big mistake. The brunch burger i ordered medium was over cooked to more like well-done. The hash brownsit came with were too salty. My friend was dissapointed with her brunch bowl because there was barely any bacon and the tatertots looked fine but tasted charred. Maybe we'll give this place one more try before i give up on it. Awesome service! Amazing food! The staff is supper friendly. We had lunch there and because of lack of gluten free food options... in the area late at night, we ended having dinner there as well. Food was amazing and the drinks were really good! Read more

I enjoyed my first visit to the SouthHouse. I was excited to try a Philly cheesesteak in Philly only to discover that I ordered... the sandwich with grilled chicken. ??????????? I was so excited to see that they served goat cheese, I totally missed that itwas on a chicken sandwich. But, I digress. I found this place on the Find Me Gluten Free app and it did not disappoint. Theyhave gluten free buns and dedicated fryers. The buns weren’t bad, but a bit dry. I also got the potato and sweet potato frymix. It was ok. I’m not a big fan of shoestring fries and these are a few millimeters shy of being shoestring. Overall, Ienjoyed my meal and would definitely recommend this place for someone who’s gluten free. They have other options that I’llhave to try at some point as well, mozzarella sticks, cauliflower bites, etc. Read more

The place is decorated nice and the tables are spaced out well inside. They offer outdoor seating as well. There are several... televisions around the place. Went for a lunch last mid-week and it was not busy. The prices are fair. They have a bar with adraft list and city-wide specials. We were referred here for the wings ($12.00) and their homemade wing sauces. The wings andfries were very well done. The sauces really didn't come through due to this. I rated it a '3' because: of the above mentioned;had to ask staff for all that we needed instead of them checking on us; the owner was there playing darts and didn't speak whenwe said hello (he did associate with what seemed to be already established customers) and there was vulgarity on the bathroomwalls. For the limited menu and the above, I would likely not return. Read more

This place is SO good. First let's start with the sauces. All of their sauces are made in house. The honey ketchup and honey... mustard are so good that I may buy a bottle as I sit here and type this. The food was quick, hot and delicious. We had thechocolate chip pancakes, breakfast bowls, spicy chicken sandwich and the cheesesteak omelet. It was such a good brunch. I'd posta pic but we crushed the food. Read more
