Hands down the best bagel shop in the city. Being from NY I am a bit particular with my egg sandwiches and bagels but I came... here for the first time on Saturday and came again the next day! The staff is so friendly and the cashier was kind enough togive me an iced tea on the house. Pictured is the Carnegie Breakfast and the Fritatta Scramble Read more

Spread did a phenomenal catering order for a family brunch I had after an eventful weekend! The staff was extremely friendly in... taking my order & the day I picked up my order, everything was ready on time and presented beautifully! 2 of the staff membershelped me to bring everything out to my car (Jackie P.). The order was done to perfection (Continental Spread) and loved byeveryone! Spread, we would order from you again in a heartbeat! Many thanks for making our brunch a success! Read more

We stopped in Spread Bagelry for a late morning Sunday breakfast. The venue is quite large with several tables and a bar section... which was unused at the time. I order The Standard with bacon, egg, and cheese. They were out of everything bagels so I tried asalted egg for the first time. The bagel wasn't my favorite but the sandwich was well made. The bacon was crispy, the eggs werescrambled well and there was loads of cheese in every bite. I paired this with a hot chocolate made with oat milk. They alsohave soy, almond, and non-dairy milk as alternatives. My girlfriend ordered a Fritatta Scramble on a cinnamon raisin bagel andliked hers as well. She ordered a caramel iced latte to wash it down. They had the Eagles game on as we were leaving. Therewere other patrons hanging out or studying. Nice location for a good breakfast sandwich. Next time I?d like to try one of theirmany cream cheese flavors. Read more

Being from Montreal, I am very skeptical when visiting places claiming "montreal-style" bagels... let me tell you that this... place is LEGIT ! as close as you can get to the real deal ! Staff was lots of fun to interact with, service and ambiance was onpoint, and they have a great selection of bagel flavors. Worth a detour !! Read more

The best bagel spot in the area! Ended up coming back 4 times; that's how good they are. Good variety of the spreads as well!... The service isn't always friendly and seems a bit rude, but they work fast and efficient, so maybe it's just a Philly feature. Read more

Pleasantly surprised! Stopped in by chance when I was craving a bagel one morning (we?d moved from NJ and had yet to find a good... bagel!) These were just crisp enough but still warm and soft in the inside! Also enjoyed the veggie cream cheese :-) Read more

I ordered chocolate chip bagels after the 16th store said they don't have them after they sent me a text saying my order is... ready. I successfully picked them up and returned home, but then I noticed that all three bagels had blue spots on them. Iimmediately sent a message via the Spread Bagelry website. A customer service representative called me and said, "We don'tbelieve it's mold." He asked me to send a photo of the bagels to the same number. I sent a photo, and I didn't get a responsefor over an hour. When I finally called him back, he agreed that the photo showed mold on the bagels. He indicated that themoney for this second purchase ($6.00) would be refunded the next day, along with the refund for my first purchase at the 16thstore. But until I wrote to them 2 weeks later, they never sent me a refund. After I wrote to the company, they said it wasn'ta mold and gave me my money back. Just awful management. Read more
