Normally a great experience. Today the young lady who made my coffee was so pleasant and expeditious. I did, however, have a... linger wait for my food. As I was letting them politely know I had to leave to make a bus, it was finishing. They asked if Iwanted it. Of course, yes, I paid for it. I said thank you and as I walked away the girl who was making the food out loud said"I don't even care right now". Not curtious at all. You have to care to have good customer service. Nice location. It is always clean and well maintained. Staff is exceptionally polite, accommodative and professional. Service is... fast and always great. Coffee is good. I am often visiting this location and like it so much. Highly recommending! Read more

I ordered a simple black coffee but they forgot my order. I waited for 30+ minutes inside and had to tell them multiple times... just to get my order. They did apologize afterwards. Read more

Decent and no nonsense service. Very good layout in the Starbucks. Only 1 bench outside to sit. The could have much more... better seating out doors like two separate tables and chairs ..e an option umbrellas (if opening and closing personnel don'tmind ) Read more

I don?t know what?s going on with this new staff but they are terrible. They?re slow and they clearly don?t communicate with... one another. How do you run out of coffee and not notice ? Whomever got the last bit of coffee clearly didn?t care to refillit or let the other workers know because she was more focused on heading out/ending her shift. They used to have an amazingstaff that were professional and proficient. All while being friendly and kind. The entire staff knew my order by heart. Now Ihave to wait seven minutes for a new coffee to brew and teach them my order which is fine. But it?s not ok when they get aspecific set instructions and they still manage to ruin my coffee. If I could give 0 stars I would. Then they have this onegirl standing there with her hands on her hips just staring while the one worker struggles to complete all of the orders alone. I had the worst experience there today. The staff this morning was not on point and lacked focus. I had to ask for a straw. And... my food was still cold in the center. The cashier a blonde haired woman was annoyed having to take my order. I was also told acondiment was ?discontinued?... I took a picture of it as she nonchalantly walked away disinterested in my request. I washorrified but not surprised. In that moment I knew. I WILL NEVER RETURN HERE AGAIN. Ever. Read more

Out of all the Starbucks I?ve ever been to across the Country, this by far is the slowest, non service oriented establishment in... the chain. There?s always a wait when you walk in and the average wait times per customer you?d think the cashiers were havingfull blown conversations with each and every customer as the lines build up. There?s a time and a place for that absolutely when9 people haven?t ordered. This isn?t the first time I?ve been here but every time I? have, the line then to wait for your orderis equally as bad. As a New Yorker used to efficiency - this could have everything to do with my expectations of expediency.However I?ve been to locations in the south and the west coast but this one truly is he twilight zone. Charming location but thestaff is operating in another dimension. It probably should be addressed by a district manager. Read more
