Their workers are extremely rude, every time someone comes up to the front when no one else is in line they always have an... attitude. We get it, you don?t want to be at work, but do your damn job and stop whining to every single customer. Also, theyare ALWAYS out of things. If you know your inventory will go quickly then order more. Be prepared for what you know is coming.And that?s not on the workers, that?s on whoever runs this location. Every other Starbucks is able to keep it together andfunction properly (and with employees who actually appreciate the job they?ve been given). This location needs to step up theirgame and be 100% more professional. The amount of disrespect and attitude does not belong in the workplace, and any owner ormanager who allows that to happen should be replaced. Read more
I thought water was free, why do they charge for water?? Can they not afford their water bill?
Excellent Customer Service and very good coffee. Loved it.
