It's one of the better Starbucks! Not the cozy kind, but the clean, wood and tiles kind. They have seating space available that... no one uses (but me), most people do takeout and half of the space is taken up by storage. The store is clean and the people arevery friendly! Read more

Unfortunately, I had a very unpleasant experience at this Starbucks. I was told they didn't have any food left in the restaurant... only to watch the cashier sell a sandwich to the person behind me once I stepped away. When I asked a different staff memberabout it, she kept saying that they basically didn't have any food and wouldn't clarify what they did have. The cashier startedyelling at me from the register, insisting they didn't have any food, and was very rude and unprofessional. All in all, it wasnot a good experience and I left without buying anything from there:( Read more
Very, very poor customer service always. I work near this location and have prior to the opening and this location has always... had poor customer service. Horrible location. What starbucks stops making Fraps + cold foam? They close at 2pm and I was surprised when they said they... couldn't make a frap or give me cold foam because they turned the blenders off. Sounds like pure laziness to me. With thesedrinks being way over-priced the least this location can do is greet their customers. Avoid at all costs. Barista today 04/21at 1:30pm was miserable. She kept putting the drinks at the pick up station without even saying what it was! It was crowded too.Very unprofessional and very rude. She was getting annoyed when asked "Is this my drink"? They have an official Starbucks placard up advertising a drink plus a pastry for $5. When asked about it, they said "we don't... do that here." They denied they had the sign, but when I pointed it out, they still said "we don't do that here." The drinkwithout the pastry was tasty. Read more
This location never has anything in stock, and the staff that work here look like they hate their life/job. They also don't know... anything about customer service. Drinks consistently come out wrong or you wait in line for 15 minutes just to be told thatthey're out of the product. Read more
