Your run of the mill Starbucks. Long wait times in the morning from 7am-11am. Mostly friendly staff, might get a weird vibe once... in awhile from some employees but I won?t speak too much on that. The coffee tastes pretty good. They could do the interiorbetter though. More individual tables instead of 3 big picnic style tables. Read more
EVERY time I have stepped foot in this establishment I have been treated with the utmost kindness & Courtesy! You can very well... guarantee that you leave feeling a bit more uplifted then before you entered. So when receiving. A cold coffee and asking about it I was just told it was ?just brewed? , well that may be but clearly added... too much milk or whatever ?. Either way , just make it right ! I get that it?s busy and your under staffed but don?t be rude tothe guy who has patiently waited with his friends for 15 minutes for a medium coffee with cream and 1 sugar?. This store is always crowded and for good reason. I wasn?t a huge fan of Starbucks until I came to this location. Prices are a... little expensive but it?s worth the service and experience you get. I explained to the lady I?m still a relatively new shopper,she asked me a bunch of questions as to how I like my coffee and customized me a drink I loved! Read more
I wasn't in the best of moods and I stopped in to get some much needed caffeine and when I left I had a delicious French Vanilla... Frappe and my mood totally flipped. THANKS to the amazing, friendly staff and particularly an employee named Aramini who waitedon me and served me the most delicious drink I have had in a long time. I will stop every day and get of those delicious drinksif that gentleman waits on me again. He's demeanor and kindness was very much appreciated and not be forgotten. Read more
Always loved Starbucks. But this particular store it's always something. They don't follow direction very well .. I said no whip... on the caramel frappe and clearly there's whip. The mocha is extremely dark and incredibly overbearing today. The other day theyapparently had no frappes at all. SMH Read more
The absolute best Starbucks in Philadelphia, the morning crew is the best , the evening barista messed up my drinks several... times now Miyah I think her name is she has lip piercings and is short but they usually have someone else who?s willing to fixit and does an amazing job for as busy as they usually are they get your drinks out extremely fast the place is always reallyclean and everyone is extremely well mannered 9/10 Read more
The employees at this starbucks are top notch. They are friendly, quick, efficient and reliable. I would suggest ordering at... least 15 minutes ahead if you are picking up between 7:00-9:00 or 1:00-3:00. The drive thru line can get long, I suggest justparking and going inside if you're in a hurry. Read more
