I was excited there was a Starbucks opening around the corner! Man have I been disappointed. They are always ?out? of lids,... sleeves, sandwiches, drink ingredients. Yes all of these items were my experience first hand. The drive thru staff has beenquite snippy. This Starbucks is definitely a disappointment. They need quality training and new management! I would rather go tothe Starbucks in Target and that is saying a lot especially at this Targeted location! Read more
First off I'd like to say that anyone who is reading these negative reviews talking about the layout being poor should be... ignored. These people have no idea what they're talking about. The location however is a different story... Pros: - ThisStarbucks is one of the largest Starbucks around the area. The layout is spacious and has both indoor and outdoor space withfans outside and good ventilation inside. Plenty of seating options too, compared to most Starbucks that is. Cons (the reason Igave 3 stars): - While the layout is great, the location is not. I don't recommend doing drive thru here. This is a heavilytraffic congested strip mall. The roads are narrow and accidents are common. Coupled with the Jollibee next door and it's justchaos. I recommend going in to pick up your order. - The staff is incredibly slow with orders some days. - Orders being wrongare common. - The younger staff often joke around and don't take orders seriously sometimes. I really despise when ordering (and all depending on who is working and their personality towards you ), how they will fill the... cup up with 75% ice and 25% whatever drink you ordered?.and he got my drink wrong, I wanted no whipped cream and he still put itin there? all wrong smh. I was happy when I heard that there would be a closer Starbucks, but I have been very unhappy with the service and quality of... the drinks at this location. It?s very rare when they actually DO have what they need to make my drink. (Mind you I don?t ordercrazy drinks just regular menu items). They are always ?out? of something. While I love Starbucks flavors, varieties, and consistency. I get very frustrated with the stores specifically this one closing... their ?dine-in? cafe randomly with no warning, nothing. As someone who goes everyday to do school work and to buy my wife and Iput drinks knowing if I can do my school work ahead of time in their is very pertinent. The staff he is pretty friendly though,I do always appreciate that. Also, tables are usually pretty sticky and dirty when you come in. I went in about 1pmish amd it was crowded. My drink was one that I found on Instagram it was good. My daughter ordered a... drink and they were making the sweet cream. They gave her a drink minus it amd it wasn't right Marcus got her a new one Carlaand the Baristas that worked made it an over all great experience. Glad Starbucks is close to us now! Read more
I have visited this location multiple times since they opened?. I didn?t like the indoor seating.. it?s very crowded.. bad... design ????????? Also they take long time to make your coffee? And if you stand by the counter they take so long to respond? Andmany times they make mistakes in my order.. one time they even forgot to add oat milk to the iced brown sugar shaken espresso!!!! Imagine.. the drink is originally made with milk and they forgot to add the milk. And the toilets are dirty!!! 1 star forthe location. It?s close to where I live. Read more
I gave this one a try 7 times. It?s a couple ladies who are very nice but others aren?t. Most times my drink is made right and i... use the drive through and it?s pretty fast early in the am but the afternoon not so much. My only complaint is depends on makesit when i order extra caramel drizzle i feel its not enough. Read more
