I ordered a iced venti white chocolate mocha and it had no whipped cream but I didn't bother mentioning it when I grabbed my... drink because it wasn't a big deal to me. Unfortunately, it wasn't until I got in my car and drove away that I took my first sipand I realized it was iced coffee with white chocolate sauce mixed in and not an iced white mocha!! I frequent Starbucks severaltimes per week and it's my go to drink so I know what it tastes like. Not to mention, I only drink espresso based drinks so Iknow when I'm not drinking it. They had no other customers except for my husband and I so it's not like it was an honest mistakebecause they were in the middle of a rush. That's not acceptable and I won't be back to this location. It's a shame that for a Google review you have to give at least one star. The staff were incredibly unfriendly and frankly rude... to us when we were ordering. We stood right there in the line and when the person in front of us was finished, the staff membershouted "next customer" as if they thought they were working in the stock exchange. It's a shame, because the venue is lovely,but the staff really ruin the experience. Read more
