The staff who work here have really bad attitude and does not treat customers with respect. Worst starbucks location
I love Starbucks coffee but this location specifically seems to often be out of many of their popular menu items, the staff... often incorrectly takes orders and since this has become a trend I always just double check before they make it now and many ofthe employees have gotten an attitude when I?ve simply just tried to double check. They also wash their blenders mid day all atthe same time then tell customers they can?t make anything that would require a blender because their being washed instead ofwashing in a rotation like many other establishments would. It?s unfortunate that this Starbucks has such low quality servicebecause it is such a prime location in center city. Read more
June 2022: Came here three mornings in a row when I was visiting Philadelphia for work. Glad they open at 530am. Most other... places were closed except for Dunkin Donuts. Not sure why this place gets low scores. Need to bump up the ratings! Eachmorning, got a cup of coffee and an impossible breakfast sandwich or oatmeal. Everything was prepared very well. Workers were nice and store was clean, but got my latte order wrong. The turkey bacon on my sandwich was folded in half on one... side of the sandwich. It was just me and another lady there wasn't busy at all for a Tuesday morning. They got her order wrongtoo. Need some more training. Read more

Barista was great! Even though i an not fluent in Starbucks he knew what i was talking about and was helpful. It's so nice to... have somewhere to sit down and have a drink and something to eat without being overwhelmed with people. Everyone was masked andkept respectful distances. I'm so happy this place is open like it used to. Just everyone be respectful to staff and each other,it's been too long, and the world could use more kindness in our day to day. Read more
Update: They put a fancy shiny new sharps disposal in the bathroom.. But, hey the one bathroom doesn't even have a working soap... dispenser!!! They appeared to be a little cleaner.. But still.. Bathrooms unsanitary. I still stop here sometimes when I have tobut I try not to. Seriously if someone needs that sharps disposal they most of the time probably won't be able to.. Now soap..Soap will be used... New update 4/2019 apparently the new toilet paper roll holder is the sharps depository. So unsanitary! Andand. No soap. Yeah so I didn?t get a drink. Because. Gag. Was feeling kind of drained after a doctor's appointment in the early morning. Passed by this Starbucks, figured why not. Well,... there was a line all the way to the front door. Not such a big deal, there's only two people running the whole joint, probablysomething wrong in management. Six minutes later, another guy comes in, but I'm already at the back of the line, right at thedoor, so he stands beside me. The line wasn't moving at all, the speaker was playing some loud jazz just above my head, the guystanding beside me, the girl standing in front of me, after about fifteen minutes of this anxiety began to take hold. I mean,that line was not moving at all, and the music above my head was so loud. I couldn't do it, I had to get out of there. I hadto. Maybe the manager should quit cheaping out and hire some more people, at least for a morning shift. Read more
