Sweet little Starbucks store with some chill seats to calm down.
I am so turned off from this Starbuck's location. I visited this location in the past.Today their was lack of customer care.... They staff allowed a regular( it was apparent from the interaction) to invade my space before I was finished placing my order.In fact, the manager gave her a free drink because of a mess up. Yet, when I asked for a sticker to cover my lid opening hebrushed me off, saying they didn't have it for cold drinks. All I can say is I have had stickers cover the lid opening in thepast. He sarcastically said have a nice day. They get a 2 nice interior but the management is not nice. I had the feeling he isfriendlly to some but an *$$hole to others. I just stopped in as I was walking to Trader Joe?s, having a tiring day and all. All I wanted was a Passion Tea Lemonade to calm... me down. But, they were out of the teas.... Sam, however, was super engaging, must have read on my face that I was tired. Shetook out the hot tea list and asked me if I liked any of those. And if I did and didn?t mind waiting, she would make it intoiced tea for me. What amazing service! Thank you, Sam! Read more
Anytime I am in Center city Philadelphia for a meeting or meeting up with friends this is my new go to Starbucks. It is clean,... bright with a friendly staff. Just around the corner is a Trader Joe?s. I highly recommend this location if you?re visiting orhaving meetings. Read more
Poor staffing; 1 barista on per shift, so don't expect quick service. Employees seem to prefer hiding in the back storeroom... than actually doing there job as well, and when they are out front checking their phones seems to be a higher priority. Drinksthemselves are 'meh' at best. Read more
I went to this Starbucks today because it was next door to my convention. This was seriously one of the worst customer service... experiences I have EVER had. One person making drinks, 2 people taking orders, and one guy just kind of walking around. Thebarista was rude... they had never heard of a green tea refresher and told me it didn?t exist and the customer in front of megot a yogurt and it was expired. She didn?t even ask for a refund because they were already so rude and extremelyunprofessional. I get it that it?s gonna be a long wait with a large convention going on next door but I waited 45 minutes... iwould?ve just walked out but I had already paid and just kept hoping it would move along.
