The Broad and Washington Starbucks is my favorite Starbucks by far! The staff are amazing and the store manager David, is... literally one of the happiest, nicest and genuine people, I?ve ever met. I want to shout out Skylar, Siannie, Andrea, India,Cedar and Lilli, they are literally the best. I don?t know all the staff?s names but they are all pretty great! I hope thatcorporate does something special for this particular store, not just around the holidays because, they are awesome all yearlong! Thanks for always being pleasant and attentive y?all! I only give it a three because I don't drink coffee there was a time where I drank I don't know a thousand cups a day those days... are gone iced tea and Pepsi my favorite I went with my daughter she drinks this crazy drink I can't even name it something withdragon fruit in it how do you make drinks with dragons in it got to be spicy anyway not a flight to Starbucks or any othercoffee spot I just don't drink the stuff. This is the best Starbucks that I've ever been to. Always friendly, happy and helpful. I'm mostly there at night because I work... over night and every time I walk in they greet me with a smile and a wave, they know exactly what I want and the day shift isalso the same way. Let me start by saying that I love the ambience of this Starbucks. It's in the new Target/Petsmart complex on Broad Street and... they really have a pretty cool space. However, this is definitely a NEW Starbucks. I got a tall black coffee (like I always do)and it was cold. I did not get a cold coffee. It was later in the day and they were not busy but part of being the largestpremium coffee chain in the country is always having hot premium coffee. I don't know the area well enough to recommend a localalternative but it is definitely worth finding one. Considering how many young people live in this area now, I'm sure this placeis swamped around rush hour. Do yourself a favor and find some cheaper, better, WARMER coffee somewhere else. Read more
Perfect coffee, employees who ?saw? me and politely commiserated that DST is hard when I brought it up. I don?t love the cookie... cutter feeling in many Starbucks, but this one feels like it could become another homebase to head to regroup. Well done. Read more
