I use to love this place, staff sucked. Not the place use to be. Was not clean. Barely any meat on sandwich. Got order wrong for... the 4 of us. Condiments not available unless asked for, but you get attitude for asking. Even offered more money if needed,fries were under cooked. If you can't afford to keep up with the old expectation to be able to add your condiments how you likeor add the same amount of meat, then raise the prices. People like you enough they'll pay. Honestly as over the road driver the phily was pretty basic in terms of flavor and seasoning. Come to think of it, it doesn't... really taste like it does have seasoning. I enjoy the cheesesteaks and fries here but today one guy at the fries window yelled loud and aggressively three times as he was... taking a customer whether I was getting fries or not while I was second in line. I didn?t understand that he was talking to mebecause I don?t go here a lot so I didn?t know his system. He was probably trying to figure out how many fries to drop at oncebut each time he got louder and more aggressive until I understood. Definitely taken a back and it?s really unprofessional. My son and I went yesterday it was ok bread was good employees were ok i didn't like that they use a chesse sauce for all 4... chesses the other review was correct they didn't put a lot of meat on the sandwich at all. I personally enjoy mayonaise andketchup on my sandwich i hate added it after they just give you ketchup. I know its not for everybody. I will not be back againi rather Ace Of Steaks by the stadium not saying there the best but to me definitely better than this. Read more
