For mobile orders, you ordered Tuna Melt, but sometimes you would get turkey instead; you ordered steak, whereas you got chicken... in it. Wrong items are received occasionally. Read more

Love this place. Staff is very friendly and they make a perfect poster Sandwich, always full of meat and enough fresh veggies.... one of the sandwich artist always gives you a best suggestion about combination of souse, and the way he make a sandwich it'sperfect. I eat there for lunch around 4 or 5 times/week. I strongly recommend to visit that subway. Read more

Great customer service and of course its subway so its great subs and salads. Nice clean store. I am foodie person and the... service at this location is great! Very friendly and attentive staff. I love coming here for lunch! The workers are very friendly and the customer service is excellent. They always make sure that I... am satisfied with my order before I pay. It is located at a very convenient place on campus, just a few steps away from thelibrary. 10/10 would definitely recommend. Read more

Horrible. Don't go. The employee was talking on the phone the entire time when making the sandwich. At check-out, she asked if I... wanted a drink, I said no. I thought the charge was too high, so I asked her for the receipt and I found that she still chargedme for the drink. When I confronted her, she gave me a smirk and handed me a cup. No shame at all. I told her you shouldn't dothis, and she smiled. This happened to me before here. With that kind of moral standards, I can imagine what they do to thefood. =========================================================== Response to Owner's comment: You are obviously missing thebigger problem here. Talking on phone, I can handle. But intentionally overcharging customers and having no shame about it isthe bigger problem. Read more

Absolutely horrible customer service. They gave me a very small amount of chicken so when I asked for a little more they charged... me double. Before I finished explaining the toppings I wanted the lady already began wrapping my sandwich and gave ME attitudewhen I explained that I wasn't finished... so confused. When I thought the situation couldn't get any worse, as I was about topay I asked for a cup for water and they explained that they were all out of cups. But when I saw there were plenty of othercups available they said they couldn't give me those cups and that there would be more tomorrow?!! Then as I sat to eat with mygirlfriend the lady continues to just stare at us while speaking whatever language they spoke, it all just felt very demeaningand unprofessional. When I asked for more napkins later as we were finishing the meal the man came over and continued to askwhat the situation was and if I needed more napkins in a sarcastic tone. Dude, just please stop talking, and give me my napkins.Absolutely ruined my experience at subway here on campus and will never be returning. Read more
