Don't bother going. You order specific food on the kiosk or in the drive thru and they don't make it that way. I ordered a... cheesey gordita crunch last night, light meat, light lettuce, no ranch, supreme with nacho cheese. I got a regular cheeseygordita crunch with a bunch of ranch. Bleh. As I was leaving a man came in complaining about his order being wrong, then when Igot back to my school the beauty institute my fellow classmate said she ordered a taco supreme and they gave her a taco withjust meat and cheese. They talk about the customers in there loud enough for other customers to hear and they ignore people inthe drive thru at times because I've seen it while eating I the parking lot. Trash. We had just left another location because we waited for 20 minutes without even being acknowledged. As soon as we walked into... this location we were immediately greeted by 2-3 members of the staff. They were super friendly and helpful. I thanked them fortheir level of service. I will need to go out of my way to come to this location because they are one of very few that get itright. The last location only helped those in the drive through line and left everyone at the counter high and dry-what adifference this was! Great staff. Thank you to Amir, Jordyn and Kaylin. Read more
I'm giving this 2 stars because I did get something free for lack of service otherwise it would have been a 1 star. Ordered... through the drive thru, I waited 20 mins for pizza combo that was supposed to take 10 mins. I went in because obviously theyweren't going to bring it out. Then a gentleman came out and asked me if I wanted a free item for my inconvenience. I did accepta free pizza and wasn't going to provide a review because he resolved the matter but when I saw what my breadsticks looked like,I had to post this. Two breadsticks were normal but look at that skinny one......seriously? Why even bother to package it. Thiswasn't the first time I had poor service here. Read more

When they reopened they lost good employees, the manager that ran that place later at night was always making sure his customers... were taken care of. The people working there now are TERRIBLE DO NOT GO THERE. THERE IS A TACO BELL NEAR COTMAN AVE THATS 10XBETTER, THEY MAY HAVE REMODDLED BUT THAT DOESNT MAKE THEM GOOD!!! I asked for a soft taco Supreme, 2 cheese rolls up and acheesy Fiesta potato and it took them 15 mins after I went through the drive through to bring it out to me after saying I neededatleast 5 sauces and gave me 2. What a joke, doesn't deserve one star!! Oh by the way, THIS is a soft taco supreme!!Supreme!!!Wow!!!! Where is my refund?????? Do NOT GO THERE!!!! Added a photo of.my plain soft taco, oh wait...
