I have been going to this Taco Bell for years with my family but we just had the worst experience tonight. Seems like all the... nice and competent workers quit and only the old cranky grumpy ones remain. I would rate the customer service zero stars if Icould. We placed a mobile order and pulled up to the drive thru about 10 minutes later. A worker rudely told us they didn't haveour order and tried to rush us off. On the app it clearly said our order had been recieved. We were told that it takes 10-15minutes for the order to even show up on their screen, I haabe never heard such a ridiculous thing! We ended up another 15minutes, and would have been fine if that same worker hadn't messed up our order AND gave us the most horrible attitude. Healways had some snide remark. Putting up with all that wasn't even worth it, the food was disgusting. Containers must not be athing anymore because it looked like everything was thrown in carelessly. The "burritos" were 85% hard wrap and 15% "meat." Iwould rather just starve next time than waste money on that "food". Nothing was hot. Our "large" and "medium" drinks were theexact same size and not even filled up. Overall this has been an extremely disappointing experience and I feel cheated. Wouldnot recommend anymore. I suggest Taco Bell find some better workers before they start losing even more business. Read more
Wanted to pickup something quickly through the drive thru. Mistake, took about 30 minutes. Seemed very short staffed. When I... arrived at the window the didn't have my simple order available yet. Only one person running both drive thru and inside. Needsbetter training for other associate whom seemed at loss of what to do. I have had better experience here in the past. Read more
This Taco Bell is pretty good for the most part. The only thing that needs to change is the fountain drinks and ice from the... machine. The ice machine is broken and everytime I get a soft drink there's barely an carbonation in the soda. I thought maybeit was the one I selected but I tried several and the all tasted kinda gross. I?ve been to many of Taco Bell?s establishments over the years. This one is my favorite because of the PEOPLE. I go here often.... More than I care to admit. Somehow, despite all the orders, all the traffic this place says, and all the stress the employeesare likely under, my order is always PERFECT. Not only are they reliable, they are lightning fast with online ordering. Once,they even caught an order mistake I made and asked me about it so they could correct it. Be nice to people but especially thefine folks at the Franklin mills Taco Bell. Edit: It is 2022. Download the Taco Bell app. Use it to place orders and earn freefood too. I usually get this place as my last option, but I've changed that. I went here yesterday and it was quite good. However, they... did get lettuce into my taco when I did not ask for some. I can see why this happened because the lettuce is next to the cheeseso maybe some fell into it. The service is quite great as all you really need to do is go up to the kiosk and order and if youget a soda ask for a cup, because you won't get it directly from your order. The atmosphere is basic and quite regular, nothingtoo complex or hard to understand. Read more
