My family spent the entire day at the Philadelphia Zoo we wanted to eat at fridays so we looked up the closest fridays which was... this one we were seated promptly. The entire time we listened to the GM and the manager talk about an unruly employee. My experience was horrible. Try to have a family night out. It is so loud in this place. Makes no sense how loud the music is.... On top of our table not being fully cleaned. We placed our order. Got our drinks which was the only good thing we got. When ourorder finally came. My husband food had a long piece of hair stuck to the cheese on his fries. Then had to wait for my rightside dish to come. They put my order in wrong. Then my sandwich was supposed to come with lettuce, tomato, onion. Pickles. Ionly had lettuce and cheese and bacon on my sandwich. Also as you can see my chicken was not cooked all the way. Then in themist of eating I had flies fly on my food constantly. Was grossed out. My team went to dinner tonight and we were quite worried about our large party size. Normally this becomes a time issues and we... spend more time waiting then eating. Today our waitress Whitney was amazing. Not only was she extremely organized, food camequick and hot! I’m very impressed and will definitely have this place as our little tradition for our rowing team! Update:she just brought us waters to go. I’m coming back tomorrow. Read more
Very dirty floor but the food was ok. The disinfect bottle was left unattended to on the on the table we asked one of the... workers to move it please for it is not decoration please move it the establishment forgot it was there it would of been all thesame if the child that came with us saw it first; just not safe at all run those cameras back they can step it up on safetyprecautions. It is nice for a quick outing not 5 star restaurant at all. Waiter was amazing table of 10 she did that! Thestrawberry daiquiri was very good. Very disappointed! The entree did not have the shrimp that was supposed to be included in the Crispy Whiskey Combo, the fries... were soggy, the ribs appeared to be have been reheated several times as they were tough as cardboard, and still managed toarrive cold! The Cinnabon Caramel Pecan Cheesecake did not have the ice cream. I paid over $50 including tip for a half-rack ofribs that I could barely ingest! I gave up with the fries and the broccoli as by that time I had lost my appetite! Read more
Food was horrible!! Waited 27 minutes for a waiter...(after she came she was very nice) food came out separately first my wings... luke warm.. then the chicken Sandwich which was super dried out then the cheese burger that was burnt!!! Read more
The greeter/ hostess had his pants sagging and as he showed us to our table, we could see his whole butt, including his red... underwear. The food portions have gotten significantly smaller. My daughter and I ordered the Spinach and artichoke dip. It wasvery salty. We did not finish it. My daughter ordered salmon which was microscopic and cold. There were people coming in theside door and going in and out of the kitchen in street clothes. I ordered the sizzling chicken and shrimp. The chicken wasovercooked, cold and rubbery. The baby shrimp was covered in some kind of tomato sauce. $60 layer, we left just as hungry as wecame. We will never go back to City Ave. Don't waste your money. Read more
