1. The atmosphere is amazing. We really liked the lights and the seating. 2. The service was also nice. Everybody was friendly... and very patient. 3. The food was just OK. The pizza had too much oil and portions were honestly not that big. Read more

This was one of the best most delicious restaurants I've ever been to! The soup dumplings were amazing. The Korean fried chicken... was great. The lobster pop tart was amazing. And I had a drink called the smoking section which was so delicious I had to have asecond! This is a really cool restaurant with great service as well. My kids loved it as well. I highly recommend it! ???? Read more

This is a very good place to make culinary discoveries. It’s a mix of Asian-Latin fusion. This may sound strange, but it is a... great place kind of Chilean-Peruvian. Don’t get scared - you will love the food, and there are many safe bets on the Menue. The Thai soup for example is a perfectly fresh classic, the chicken is pretty good, but we loved the cross-over dishes the most.Refreshing atmosphere. Will come back. Read more

Came here for a nice dinner while visiting Philadelphia. I didn't have reservations, but chanced coming anyways. Luckily,... there were a few seating options. The hostesses were very nice and found a table with the swinging seats upstairs. I initiallywas worried the swinging chairs would move too much and be uncomfortable. However, the chairs are very stable and you quicklyforget they're swings. The lights and decorations created a nice ambiance for dinner. Gavin was our waiter and he did anamazing job throughout the night. He was very friendly, helpful, engaging, and full of recommendations. The drink and foodmenus were very interesting as there were so many unique flavor combinations and fusions. A strong Asian fusion, but some otherfusions too. Since these are small plates meant to be shared, ordered a little bit of everything. Ordered the Thai CoconutChicken Soup, Chilled Sesame Noodles, Crispy Calamari Salad, and the Eggplant Skewers. For the drinks, went down the Cocktaillist and tried them all. Food tasted great! There were so many unique combination of flavors that I didn't expect. There werefusions I haven't seen before or ever would've expected. However, all the flavors and fusions went together perfectly. It madefor great conversation and made the dinner a lot of fun. As far as the cocktails, they were all prepared and presented nicely. To finish the meal, ordered the Ice Cream & Sorbet and the Coconut Tapioca Pudding which was equally as good. Great food anddrinks that was served with great customer service. Read more

Very interesting menu as it is a fusion of different culture food from American to Asian to Mexican. We got the cheese steak egg... roll. Which was good. The pastrami fried rice was salty and had a very unique taste. The chicken sandwich with avocado andtomato was delicious. The happy hour patio roof top was nice and breezy. Read more

We came for dinner around 7:45pm with a reservation. We were seated quickly with no wait on the upstairs level. The swinging... chairs were pretty cool too. Steak skewers were tender and tasty. Salmon was prefect and not over cooked. I was not a fan of thecrab cake, it's very different from my standard idea of one and could definitely use more crab. Service was friendly too.Overall we enjoyed our experience and would come back. Read more

I've been to Continental many times over the years for happy hour or lunch. But had brunch for the first time there a couple of... weeks ago. Though the restaurant was packed - like most brunch spots on weekends in Philly - we were able to go up to therooftop to seat ourselves in the lounge area since that is not considered reserved seating (it's the area with the two couches). Our waitress came over pretty quickly to give us menus. She was pretty attentive given how packed it was and the service overallwas still timely with it being so busy. For my meal, I ordered the Chilaquiles - I liked it! It was the perfect portion size andvery tasty - I was nervous about the chicken sausage but actually liked how it was seasoned and incorporated into the dish.Ordered two rounds of the Smoking Session cocktail as my drink. It was sweet but not too sweet and had a nice subtle hint of theliquor. Overall, good food & experience for brunch. It's a good go-to spot in Center City for happy hour & lunch/dinner also,so recommend checking it out if you haven't before. Read more

The ambiance and space are A1. The customer service was good. My date and I ordered the breakfast nachos (chilaquiles) and the... pastrami fried rice, and it was delicious. We were happy with our food, but I'd say the rest of the menu options left more todesire, so I don't know if I'd return for brunch. The drinks were nice flavor but a little pricey for the size. All in all, I'dreturn to give their evening dinner a try. Read more
