I usually don't eat sushi but theirs is SO good I got the shrimp tempura roll with spicy tuna on top. And I tried their... philadelphia roll and miso soup. Everything was fresh and very good. Read more

Amazing food for the area! We got 5 rolls of sushi and a bowl of ramen. If you are in the area, and aren’t looking to go all... the way to center city for some quality Japanese, come here. We even got an iced Thai tea on the house! Read more

Shouyu ramen had good flavor and toppings but was WAY too salty. Can’t speak for the rest of their menu.

Tried Fat Tuna for the first time and was very pleased with the result. The food came very fast for the amount of fish we... ordered on a Friday night. I had the spicy tuna roll, Phoenix roll, and Fat Tuna roll. All the rolls had an excellent ratio offish to rice and were filled with fish! The two specialty rolls were very tasty and I really liked the spice of fat tuna roll. Ithink the spicy tuna roll could have been a little spicier but overall I had a great experience with Fat Tuna and willdefinitely order from it again. Read more

Sadly not awesome ramen or sushi. The pork within the ramen was very off, and I ordered extra to my extreme disappointment. ... Was excited to try katsu pork as well, it was pretty dry and flavorless. Tasted like it had been frozen for a whilepotentially. I really wanted to enjoy this place, and I will try again to try the sushi and tea BUT I highly suspect I willcontinue to go to the food court at hmart (tomo sushi) for my japanese fix. There's just too many fantastic options in the areato waste time. Read more

Sushi was good & so was the shrimp fried rice but it is overpriced. The 4 wing appetizer is only 4 wing ding pieces and they... taste like the chicken sold at 7-eleven. The shrimp fried rice didn't have that many shrimp and they were small. Read more

This is one of my favorite places! They have great sushi and their prices are reasonable. Their employees are also super nice!... The only complaint I have is I wish they were all trained on how to process a gift card. It seems like I always have a problemwhen trying to use it and the only one who can process it is "the Boss". When my parents purchased the gift card, they triedcharging them tax on a gift card. First time I went to use it, "the Boss" rang it and said there was no money on the gift card.My parents luckily provided me with the receipt because they felt eerie about the whole transaction as she looked to bestruggling when trying to process the gift card for them. The Boss was super nice and she was able to get me a working giftcard. Today I went back to use a small balance that I had left on the card and the girl came back and told me they couldn'taccept the gift card today because her boss wasn't there and she was unsure how to ring it. It was quite disappointing becauseobviously I would to prefer to pay with a gift card that I have than my personal money. I just accepted it without any fuss andshe even threw on a 10% discount for the troubles which was nice. Although the gift card troubles are quite annoying, I stillcan't find it in me to give them any less than 5 stars. Their food truly is great and I have never had any issues outside of thegift card. Highly recommend this place! Read more

We've lived in the neighborhood for 10 years and always try to give local spots a try, at least once. We have been consistently... disappointed with nearby sushi spots below City Ave. until today. Fat Tuna is terrific!!! It is very good sushi at a greatprice. The sushi and sashimi were both fresh. Ordered a party tray for 2-3 with a Paradise Roll. Fantastic! Our 8 year old hadthe tuna sushi pizza, which was fun and flavorful. Where else can 3 people enjoy great sushi for $50? Read more
