I was a bit skeptical to try this place at first, but I can tell you that I wasn't disappointed. The prices are decent and the... food is fresh. The cons, however, are that: - Staff is not very nice or attentive. We had to chase them down even when therewas barely anyone in there. They also didn't have a welcoming or enthusiastic attitude when we called or during the wholeservice, but they're quick to take your money. - The building is very small and there is barely any space between tables andbooths. You cannot help but hear the rowdy, large families that came in because the booths don't go above your shoulders. - Thesnow crab legs barely had meat in them. The claws had the meat and you only get, like 4 of those depending on how many clustersyou get. Read more

I wish I could give a review of 0 star it's awful service, they charged me $37 for 6 shrimp and half of a crab leg. It's crazy... how bad this place is and then has the audacity to say it's their smallest portion ... they should've been closed by nowhorrible. Would not recommend to anyone they only get service because it's the only seafood place in the northeast Read more

The calamari and Cajun fries were good. I was disappointed in the portion size and in the crab cakes. The crab cakes tasted more... like celery cakes with little to no crab. The take out process was also not clear. I was sent a text that my food would be readyin 15 minutes. When I arrived, I waited in line and was told my food was not ready. I paid and was asked to wait outside for myfood, which I understand due to COVID. I got a call and when I arrived I had to get in line a second time. My success is thatinstead of window A and window B the signage be more clear, such as "Order Here" and "Pay Here" and "Pick Up Here." Read more

First time there and last time - wasn't impressed at all. Ordered 2 snow crab leg platters. (2 clusters were approx 1 lb.) The... only thing I was pleased about was the size of the snow crab legs in one of the bags. The other looked barely seasoned. Theyprovide you one little potato nugget (one meal) and one piece of corn (other meal). For the price you pay, you should get morevegetables with a $23+ meal. Not have to pay extra. They are okay at best. Reviews are correct, must have fell off. Read more

My husband and I ENJOYED our Seafood. This was our first time here.. We didn't have to wait to be seated.. Our waiter was great... as well. Our wait for our food was about 10 minutes.. But while we waited we had our drinks & popcorn (which they provide)...You also have a choice to bring wine (BYOB), they provide wine glasses for you.. Something we didn't no, but no for next time.THE FOOD WAS AMAZING!!!! They do a SHAKE of your bagged steamed seafood before opening it so all your juices & seasoning is allover your food!!!! Enjoyed ever bit of it.. A MUST TRY, ESPECIALLY FOR SEAFOOD LOVERS.. Read more
