I pass three Wawas on my way to work. I always stop in this one because it is the least busy. There's a reason for that. The... coffee is rarely filled, the employees are miserable (except for the older lady who is sometimes at the coffee station), andthey constantly screw up sandwiches. See the attached photos. Be careful with this location if ordering online. They don?t update what?s in stock so you can often order things, wait for it... to arrive, and not have more than half of what you ordered. No notifications or substitutions. I know they?re busy but wow Read more

The night shift is slow, extra slow. After 20 mins I still didn't get my drink so I just end up getting a refund and there was... only 1 couple ahead of me getting a sandwich. Even though no managers around still work at a normal speed. Read more

There were several items missing on my order: I got one pint iced tea instead of two half gallon ice teas, missing a bag of... chips and missing a cookie. Called wawa and spoke with someone who claimed that she was the ?manager?, but refused to provideher name. Spoke over me the entire time, put me on hold without saying a word, claimed that she ?saw? someone put the bag ofchips in our bag and that we were basically lying. I called the corporate center because of this ?managers? inability to resolvean issue in a professional manner. I worked in a call center before, I?ve dealt with frustrated customers; speaking over thecustomer, not providing your name, insinuating the customer is lying is completely unacceptable. I can deal with missing items;I cannot and will not deal with rude, unprofessional people who don?t know how to speak to customers and resolve an issue theycreated in the first place. The corporate wawa associate, however was awesome, take notes ?unnamed manager.? Read more
