It's all according when you get there and it's really busy, free coffee Tuesday is crazy and I don't like the coffee. I do order... hoagies, steak sandwiches, which are great, I find that the other specially sandwiches are not made with care. Some of the hotspecial sandwiches just fall apart. Pretty empty tonight. Ordered a burger fries and a shake. Fries. Dry. Cardboard like. Oh. And cold. Burger. Ice cold. Bread was... falling apart. Chocolate milkshake. Mostly just vanilla soft serve with blobs of chocolate syrup here and there. Waste of money.Terrible quality control. Not the first. Probably the 4th or 5th time in the past 2 months. 7-8 visits. I stopped at the Krewstown Wawa for the first time in a year. I usually go to the one closer to home (Bustleton) but I figured... why not try this one. I ordered a classic turkey hoagie and soup for dinner. I asked that the turkey be honey turkey and theroll toasted. I got neither. It was at 7:00pm and not a lot of people were in the store so there is no reason to get it wrong.Very disappointed! I should have stuck with the Wawa on Bustleton. I will next time. Read more
This location desperately need some staff training on how to effectively and appropriately manage issues that arise with... customers. In my opinion, the Manager was rude and unprofessional towards me. He was worked up super-hyped, running around thestore like a chicken with his head cut off thinking he has every customer figured out. He definitely should've stayed hometonight. I go here almost every day. Very nice employees and very good service. Gas prices are fair and the pumps are always clean.... Coffee is fresh and never cold. Sandwiches and hoagies made to perfection Read more
