If I could give them no stars I would. Last week no ice for frozen drinks. Today i order and pay for one lemonade and a hot... coffee wait 15 min to only be told they don't have either. came here to order one drink. the employees stood there cleaning instead of making my drink after 5-10 minutes i asked to speak... with a manager . she told one of the workers to make the drink and the girl shook her head and said no. after waiting foranother 2 minutes i just asked for a complete refund and i no longer wanted a drink or anything else from this location. verypoor customer service. i have never experienced this with any other WAWA . my drinks or food always came in less than 5 minutes. I don't know about all Wawa, but the one at 4506-10 Castor Ave Unit 240 Philadelphia, PA 19124 is terrible. The floor is dirty,... the coffee is cold, and the people act carelessly. I waited 45 minutes for my order and when I asked about the long delay, thelady told me I could just leave. Read more
EXPIRED MILK...So I purchased 2% milk instead of 1% milk yesterday afternoon. The dates were Sept. I then grabbed a 2% milk... thinking that I saw the same month. So embarrassing wish I know the owner or whoever run this wawa site Because the employees in the back making the sandwiches ... they ignorant disrespectful .
