Thanks to this amazing team of people at this location. You continue to hustle and make it happen in the midst of everything... else. This has to be the busiest Wawa I have been to. The lines are consistently through the doors and these people don?t get abreak to even drink water. Yet you smile and get the job done. Miss Sandra, Brandon, Paul and all the others you are a breath offresh air. There was a shift change; so, the wait was a little long for sandwiches & beverages, There was only one person processing orders... for about 15 minutes. Once another employee assisted behind the counter, the pace picked up drastically. Read more

Poor customer service with the cooks.....I ordered my food and when it was done the new cook (older female) sat it on the... counter with BBQ sauce all over the container my sandwich was in then she refused to give me a bag when I asked for it. Iproceeded to the cashier who had to leave the register and go behind the counter to get it then when I brought it to herattention that they did have bags just in case she was unaware she shushed me off with an attitude. I heard talk about Wawa and their sandwiches. It was a short walking distance from my hotel and also had some goods there to... get ready for the marathon. What I heard was great are their sandwiches. When I got there I saw something about the TurkeyGobbler sub, I had to try it. Ordering was easy, via touch screen display. It took a short moment of a wait for it to getmade. Service was very good and friendly. By the time I got back to the hotel the sub got a tad soggy, but it was an amazinglyawesome crafted beast of a sub. Sure, it was a little messy, but that just made things more amazingly awesome. I asked employee behind deli if a refund for my sandwich was quicker than waiting and she gladly abandoned the work she was... doing to give me a refund at register..very rude good mentally is what all center city Wawa have to offer..I wouldn't be sad tosee em all close if this is the kind of treatment I'm going to receive for my money...
